I had a front wheel bearing go out on my truck. I was on my way to Oklahoma. It was a Sunday, so no repair shops were open. Andrew went above and beyond to get me back on the road. Great staff and great parts.

Was 3 below and daughter's battery was dead at work, jumped it and took it here and they put battery in when other auto store said they wouldn't due to how cold it was. Thanks Craig for your help and we were on our way in no time!

I was on my way to Iowa on a weekend trip, when my oil light came on. I stopped here to get the synthetic oil I needed and was helped by the woman at the counter to find the correct kind. While topping off my oil, my oil cap fell down into the car. The woman who helped me research the correct oil for my car came out and helped me fish out the cap, smiled, and told me to have a safe trip. So kind and helpful!

What a crew. Michael was more than helpful helping us with recommendations on how to get us out of a bind with a local shop. Also had a driver show us the way. Completely above and beyond the call of duty to make an out of towner feel more at ease.

I get all my tools and car things at this auto store. Friendly and down to earth staff that are more than willing to help answer any questions about your vehicle! They also take the time (when they're not busy!) to chit-chat about "car stuff". Sometimes I go to Oriellys just to talk about cars and never leave unhappy or feeling "jipped".
