Country Run Apartments

The new manager has been great. I have seen a lot of improvement and I am looking forward to what the next year looks like. Affordable rents and nice family community.

The country run is a lovely community nestled in the heart of Kelso Washington. The community is a great place to raise your children. The apartment manager is always ready to help with any need. The apartment maintenance worker is Always super quick and helpful. I appreciate the staff at county run and all they do to make this a wonderful community to live in!

I’ve been here for 5 years and now glad we have new management and a new maintenance team it is so so much better! Kay, the manager, has gone above and beyond in helping the families here out during this time of uncertainty. She is amazing and makes you feel welcome and at home as it should be. Couldn’t ask for a better Manager.
Austin the head of maintenance has got things fixed and taken care of around here that had gone months to years broken before he arrived. Love it here now thanks to them!

My family and I were struggling to find housing but Country Run got us in quickly! The rent is beyond affordable and the townhouses are gorgeous. Everything is well maintained and clean. Definitely better than any place we’ve rented in this area.

An income based tax credit complex with 20 transitional units available to people who might have a harder time renting elsewhere. Excellent management.

It is a nice complex. Big apartments.

Not sure whom the new office lady is but I'm super excited for the country run community honestly .
I don't live there. However the phones are being answerd and she is of great help with what I need to do or any questions I have .
Super nice and friendly women.
And the call wasn't as if I was a stranger just needing a roof over my head . She made me feel like I was family in a sort of way. 🙂♥

I have a friend that lives in the country-run apartments and from what I've seen and heard they treat their tenant's terrible
The Management gossips,
Spreads rumors
And is slow to get anything fixed.

I applied back in April and did actually speak to someone and was told with my family size we would have to wait 6 months to get into an apartment it’s now been 8 months and I can NEVER get anyone on the phone or to call me back this would be a great place for us but no communication ☹

When I lived there they had a Office Lady named Kayla and she slept with the maintenance guy that lived next to me who had a wife and a child. She slept with eveyone, even tried sleeping with my boyfriend. She caused a lot of Drama there with everyone, I moved out because after the maintenance guy moved out she took his apartment and made me feel so uncomfortable. Due to my DV situation Ive been trying to come back, I applied 2 years back and I still have a year wait. I call and call to check in monthly no one answers. I leave voicemails no one answers or calls back to update you.
The apartments are nice and affordable just unfortunate that I have to try so hard to even talk to anyone in the office. To get in faster you have to live at the homeless shelter and I dont want to take my children there its invested with lice and bed bugs.
