They're doing work on our street as I'm writing this. I have worked in the industry for decades and I know how the progression of the work is supposed to go. I have decades of experience specifically doing concrete/asphalt cuts. I don't usually write reviews, but I thought it prudent this time. I really liked and appreciated the professional cleanup they've done and I know people usually leave reviews to complain, but I thought they should know that their cleanup was professional and we thank them!

They were very helpful in getting services restored and into new "ownership." They were very timely and acknowledged any changes from what I had been told before. I was able to get my services going in less than 20 minutes - I didn't have to take any time off work and will be able to use services today.
This is my first experience with utility companies (as primary payer), and I was very impressed with the knowledge, understanding, and teamwork they exhibited.

The ladies are always nice enough, their phone and online payment system has a huge delay to account update. No after hours service or contact.

Staff is rude and unhelpful. I have never in my life dealt with a utility company that does not care about it's customers.
In my opinion, those who work customer service, should be customer friendly. They should also have or have access to finding answers for patrons.

Without our paying dollars, our taxes, the customers money, those employees would not have a job and I think they should be reminded.

This company is not for the people, or the community. It is about every penny they can take from us without so much as common courtesy.

They want our money, with limited options to pay as well. Guess we spend our whole life jumping through corporate hoops....

The office staff has been friendly. This one star review is based upon their fee system forced on their customers whom may want to do a one time payment over the phone or online.
I is beyond time that The City of Kelso to stops charging their 3% fee.
The year is 2022 and this archaic fee should have been eliminated at least 15 years ago.
I'm sure that they would have a higher rate of on time payments and satisfied customers.
In my opinion, as long as that fee stays in effect, they should increase the grace period for payments.

The staff is rude and unhelpful. The payments online and by phone are thru a different company and if you have a problem, not one person, from either company, will be able to give guidance or any type of help at all. The staff make unnecessary comments and could care less about doing their jobs in a professional manner. Being unkind must be a requirement to work in that department.

If I could give zero stars I would! Very rude. The woman on the phone yelled at me, and when my girlfriend called they told her to be quiet. They need new staff so happy I'm done dealing with this company

This is the most inconvenient and stressful bill I have. Very difficult to pay unless you go in the building. They charge a fee if you do it online or by phone. The staff are some of the rudest, unkind people.

Rude, unhelpful, understaffed, untrained, didnt want to be there type of staffing....
