Best Western Aladdin Inn

Our first contact with BW of Kelso was with Bruce at the front desk, he was friendly, helpful and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Been a good stay so far. Parking is a pain if you got a big truck tho.

After our trip was over I changed the review to 5 stars. The staff is super friendly and very accommodating.

Bradley was great at check in. He informed us of things to do in the local area as well as gave us a map with local restaurants. Through out our stay, all the staff was very friendly and made for one of the most positive hotel experiences I’ve ever had.
Thank you for having the pool open for guests as you were the first hotel we have stayed at since 2019 (probably a dozen in total) that did and this made my kids extremely happy!
Some features of the room were a bit dated (not a complaint just noted); however, the room was very clean and comfortable.

This was the Best hotel we stayed at during our trip ! Customer service was the best , room was super clean and breakfast was really good, would definitely recommend! Don’t let the other reviews stop you from giving it a chance trust me you won’t regret it!

The staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful as this was my first time here working in the area for a week. They auto upgraded my room due to diamond member without me asking, very nice. Nice full kitchen, 43" flat screen with plethora of channels. Bed was comfortable and hotel was quite at night so you can sleep. Room was very clean with plenty of towels etc. USB/120v/Ethernet port module on desk. Breakfast was good in the morning with a variety of muffins, scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy, fruit, cereals, etc. They have to go containers which is great for working people on the go. Rate was great and located next to Chinese restaurant that had very good food. Close to everything. Will differently stay here when working in the area again.

Everyone working from the front desk helpers to the housekeepers were extremely nice and helpful. Especially, Ashley, she went above and beyond to accommodate our needs!! The rooms are a bit outdated, but clean..

The staff here is wonderful and friendly. Bradley was here to help us with check in and has been great. Even the housekeeping staff has been very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was surprisingly good and there were a lot of options. If you are staying in the Longview Kelso area… I would definitely recommend them.

Great hotel with friendly people working there. I have stayed here several times over the years and Brad has worked there many years and is always a friendly helpful person, Ashley is also really a great and helpful person. Good breakfast and its nice that they hired a person to serve you the food! Rooms are always clean. Very nice hotel to stay at.

Our Motorcycle Ministry showed up to find Bradley and Ashley had sectioned off an area for all our motorcycles and trailer. Offered buckets and rags to wash the bikes. Made sure our bikes where in an area they could watch them all night. Very flexible with our room changes and upgrades due to a extra member coming on short notice. Very friendly, went the extra mile! Morning breakfast was wonderful with many options.

The staff at this hotel that my friend and I met were wonderful and easy to talk to. The hotel is clean. I was surprised to find out it is an older hotel. It looked like a modern hotel. It was easy to find.
They offer a full breakfast including oatmeal, cereal, waffles, eggs and sausage. Gluten free items are available upon request. Most hotels I've stayed at do not have this range of choices for a complimentary breakfast. Being gluten free I appreciated the options.
My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The room was nice. We stayed for two nights. I would highly recommend this hotel and if I need to spend the night in that area again I would stay at this hotel.

Very nice hotel with easy access. Close to lots of good restaurants. Breakfast was very good - much better than average. The pool looked great but we were not able to use it this time.

This is a nice place to stay. Luckily they had a 2 Queen room for us. We were lucky to get a first-floor room. The Aladdin Inn provided a nice breakfast. We did not know where to go and have supper so we just walked next door to the Chinese restaurant. I have never seen such huge egg rolls in my life. Our food was delicious. I took what I could not eat back to the room and put in the refrigerator. I took it down to breakfast the next morning had heated the leftovers in the microwave. It was an added breakfast treat. Yum on top of a good night sleep always starts the day right.

Great hotel! We had a flat tire and had to wait to morning to get it fixed. Greg was able to get rooms for our 3 families all together. Clean place. Suite has full kitchen. Just had to ask for rollaway beds, because no couches. We were able to cook meals on the stove. Big size fridge. Nice size room for everyone. Hot showers a plus too!
Greg went above and beyond making us feel comfortable after a stressful day. Also grateful the pool was open for the kids to run off energy. Then they had a full breakfast too!
If we are ever stuck in Longview again, we will stay here. Military friendly hotel too. A plus for our family. Thank you so much Aladdin Best Western!

Our go to hotel when staying in Kelso

The staff always remembers us and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is awesome. We love the larger room with the kitchenette, we travel with kids, so being able to fix them food and have a table to sit at is a huge plus, we really love the full size fridge ! The rooms are always clean, and the hotel is close to shops and restaurants.

This review is specifically for the front desk agent Brad. He has PHENOMENAL customer service. I was having troubles making a reservation online and after trying forever he was able to get it all straightened out for me. One of the best reservations making experiences I have ever had. Thank you so much brad appreciates you.

The shower was hot and strong. However, the ventilation fan could not keep the mirror from fogging. The refrigerator kept everything cold and or frozen. The bed was comfortable. The resident in the room above 142 could be heard getting up at 05:00 but the desk man said he would do his best to not put anyone in that room on our second nigjt. Over all a great stay.

Room are very clean. Staff is very friendly. Stay here for work off and on for the last couple months and has always been great.

Brad at the front desk has been very accommodating and very helpful. Always friendly and great sense of humour !

This was our best hotel stay in any city ever. Everything was perfect, from the efficient check in by Tony, to the immaculate room, blazing WiFi, finished by the perfect breakfast in the morning. They even had fresh watermelon! It’s easy to see why this is the number 1 ranked place on Trip Advisor, they deserve it. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice place. Kept up well, noticed fresh paint and a modern kitchen. Best part, large closets and two suitcase racks. The kitchenette in our suite had new appliances and granite counter tops. Unlike a lot of pacific western hotels, no mildew smell. And desk clerk had a great handout on local eateries and a map or the Mt. St. Helens area, which is where we were going to.
