When I went in it was very busy but the worker was very efficient and helped all of my problems, she went above and beyond what she was asked to do. I was very pleased how Jaz handled my situation. I'll recommend anyone go to her. She is one of the best worker there!

Amber did an outstanding job of helping her customers! We were in and out within an hour. We had stopped at the other US cellular store and they had 4 people in line. After we had been here for 30 minutes one of the people standing in line at the other place showed up. She started to multi-task and did a great job!

My wife and I went thru a long, tedious process of switching plans and upgrading to a new phone, and Nicole Vanderpool (Senior Sales Rep) and employee Bailey were extremely helpful, patient, and cooperative during the entire process. We've been thru other stores, trying to sell us this or convince of that, but here the approach was a simple and gracious "what can we help you with today." Recommend dealing thru this US Cellular storefront in the Columbus, NE area!!!
