Bartlett Inn & Cottages

From the first phone call to Jeremy to book the cottage to the time we checked out was a very pleasant experience. Jeremy was very friendly and always responded back to me anytime I had a question. My boyfriend, two dogs, and myself spent 2 nights/3 days the last week of September there and had a very nice experience. I do not understand the complaints regarding cleanliness at all. The cottage that we rented was perfect for the four of us. Everything in the cottage was clean, the sheets and pillow cases looked like they were brand new. Did we come across a couple of spiders, Leafs, pine needles on the deck? Of course we did, we were staying in the WOODS PEOPLE!!! I did walk around the main office/inn and I did not see any kind of issues regarding cleanliness, it is a old building that has a cozy/family feel to it. I cannot wait to go back this winter. The only suggestion I would make is to install the removable shower heads so that is tall people do not have to bend over backwards to fit under the shower head 😂

Great B&B with very friendly, personable staff, set just out of the way enough to have peace and quiet but not to far removed. We stayed in Crawford, the recently renovated bottom half of an old barn. Very large, clean, rooms with comfortable beds. Playground and pool were surrounded by wild blackberries. Made for a very pleasant first family getaway.

We had a very well sized private room and entrance behind the main inn. It was the top floor of a 2 story small chalet sized house and the entrance was from an outside side deck that has stairs leading up to double doors. Room had a very large and very comfortable king bed, 2 large comfortable sitting chairs, dresser, a makeup wardrobe with mirrors and a small chair and a day bed (perhaps if you are traveling with small kids). Bathroom was very nicely sized and clean and updated.

Room also had a tv with cable, WiFi, and a small mini fridge if one needed it (we didn’t).

Breakfast the next morning was quick and good. Very kind host and very nice relaxing location for our weekend in North Conway. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

This week was our 2nd year and my 7 year old daughter and I LOVE it!
Warm and inviting.. close to everything, hospitality exceptional!!!!! peaceful, quiet - feels like a home away from home. After a day at story land was wonderful to only drive 6 miles to our cabin, unpack and hit the pool. The prices can not be beat ! Clean, cozy, fantastic breakfast included and check out at 11 is great because you do not have to rush. This will be our summer destination for years to come.

Beautiful inn with lots of space. On this weekend they only had the main house and two cottages rented out with plenty of room. Only minus was the lack of parking due to the latest 1 plus foot snowfall but that's understandable being below Mt Washington. Got to meet the owners they're very polite and the open atmosphere feels good when u can sit there with other guests and talk abit at breakfast.

We enjoyed every moment of out stay with the Bartlett Inn, Our dog enjoyed it even more. Breakfast was mouthwatering and the service from the owners is hard to come by now a day's. The room was perfect for us and our dog, very accommodating and close to all the dog friendly attractions. Will be back again this year!

Innkeeper Nick was awesome and gave us tons of advice on the area, hiking equipment and recommended a trail for us that turned out to be incredible! They allow pets in certain rooms which made it so much easier as we have a recently adopted dog. Breakfast was to die for, the French toast with local syrup was perfect! This was a great place to propose to my now fiancée and as a result I'm going to come back here again anytime I visit the area!

My husband and I just came home from a weekend (12/2-12/4) getaway with our 3 year old. We were fortunate enough to stay at the Barlett Inn where the rooms are cozy and the staff goes beyond their call of duty. We were greeted with smiles and comfortable conversation upon arrival and instantly made to feel as if we were visiting family. I am giving a 5 star rating not because the Barlett Inn is fancy, but because it is nearly impossible to find the kind of welcoming, attention to detail and level of hospitality we received. My party had a late night arrival on a Friday. Not only did Karen and Chuck stay up to greet us, they even had snacks and drinks for us! Great place to stay, charming rooms, well maintained and clean and a very friendly staff. I cannot wait to stay here again!

We love this place. Been coming here for 5 years in the winter and you can't beat the price, location, and service. Breakfast is always just enough and the place is always clean. Nick and Miriam are great hosts and would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get away with a nice "homey" feel.

Had an amazing night at the Bartlett Inn! The owners were super nice and gave us great hiking tips. Breakfast was delicious! It was a beautiful backdrop for my boyfriends proposal :) Definitely recommend this inn!

Absolutely a fantastic place..we went there with 20 people and took over the entire inn. The inn keepers are top notch, very friendly and informative.
The place was clean, rooms were cozy and comfortable.
The breakfast was super.
Would not hesitate to go back there

Nick and his family were great. Welcomed us as soon as we came to the door. Nothing but great things to say about this place.Food was great . Gave us best tips for skiing and the trails. Love it here

Jeremy, Marie and staff were very accommodating. Breakfast was great, better than denny's! Bathroom was a bit small but did the job! Good location:) thanks staff!!!!

On our first visit three years ago Nick and his wife made us feel like part of the family. This is our third year back and we enjoy it more each year. I would recommend the Bartlett Inn to everyone. Thanks again the Nick and his family for making this another great trip.

Once again Nick has gone above and beyond. Both my wife and I loved our room. Any questions and concerns were answered quickly. The rooms are exceptionally clran and taken care of.

Friends are staying there. They have two rooms. A nice flat screen TV. A very nice bathroom with a modern shower. Very quiet locatikn.

This place is fantastic. Nick and Merriam we're very gracious hosts. Great room and great breakfast. We will definitely return. I can't say enough good things about this place.

Really nice guesthouse, all our needs we're met. The innkeeper is super nice! The property is outside of town so it's quiet. A great place to rest and relax.

Nice service. Very clean. Updated cabins except tv which doesn't really matter. Haven't tried pool or breakfast yet but sure it's great.
