The postal clerks have always been friendly and helpful at the Kelso Post Office! Many a time, they have "gone out of their way" to answer our questions and solve a problem or two.
We trust the Kelso Post Office and are grateful for their commitment to serve the public!

The folks that work here are awesome! They're friendly, efficient and personable.

There is rarely a long wait at this Post Office, it's well maintained and parking is a breeze.

I love the Kelso Post Office. I print my postage from home and bring it in everyday. Never a problem and Everyone is so nice and friendly. San Francisco has the worst USPS. Kelso is a dream!

Despite the long line and the time of year, I wasn't there more than 5 minutes. All 3 counters were open and the employees were very pleasant.

The Kelso Post Office was built in 1935 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Staff goes out of their way to help you and are always very friendly, which is nice since the old regime was not even close two thumbs up

Friendly staff . A few years ago we had some issues but the people who have been running it have been doing great 👍

I would give 5 stars, but it's pretty frustrating that there isn't a direct number to talk with the USPS that I know has my package. Going through the automated 1-800 number is so frustrating!! If I have a question only the staff at this specific location can answer... but I can't reach them because there isn't a direct number. 😕 not cool.

I'm not sure what people are so upset about when it comes to the long times. It's the postal service, it's always been like this. Even in the 90's I remember taking forever to mail something, the long lines are nothing new. Overall, I've never had any problems from the postal workers. The building is in need of a renovation (As of the last time I was there.) All I can say is go earlier than planned if you have activities during the day.

Pros: Staff never gave me any issues.
Pros: The architecture of the building is very nice.
Pros: Decent parking except around the holidays.

Cons: Building needs to be worked on, it's showing it's age.
Cons: Parking is bad during the holiday season, don't expect it to ever change due to their location.

staff in general is helpful and customer service is good. Parking can be a bit of a hassle but if you go on the side of the back of the post office you can usually drop off your mail in the drive thru mailbox(s). the postmaster at this location is very knowledgeable, professional and very helpful! He was the only one that was able to resolve an issue I had with forwarding my mail from a specific location.
