Very fun community! My daughter loved the pool with the slides and lazy river. We stayed at unit #10 which was a very nice 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house.

Stayed at a home in this complex over the weekend for my mother in law's birthday. My wife and her four brothers all got together to visit, catch up and celebrate mom's 85th. People came from Washington, Florida and various places in Utah. We had so much fun. The complex is busy! It has two different water parks and surrounding sport's complexes as well. We played corn hole in the house. We ate like royalty. If you get the opportunity to visit I highly recommend.

This is one of our favorite places to stay when we visit St. George. The houses are new and very nice, and we love the pool here. Because it is a neighborhood we don’t have to worry about our little kids and they can run around and play with other little kids staying in the complex. The pickle ball courts are great as well. Great good and trails nearby

We have had a blast at spring break this year! Worth the travel beyond St George for sure and so much to do, from snow canyon park to Zion’s National park and the Angels landing hike. The home we rented was roomy and had pools to choose from for the kids. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy some more southern Utah fun and shopping.

The house we stayed at is fantastic. Two garages, 32 beds, amazing theatre room (plush reclining seats), large kitchen and large table. The village has great hot weather amenities, multiple pools and splash pads/water slides. Highly recommend this place. We had a big family reunion here (a couple more than 32 - a couple of tiny kids). The one slightly difficult piece was only having one fridge (it was a big fridge so we made it work just fine).

Bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable, living area great for entertaining guests and family.
Kitchen lacking a stove , one stove for large groups makes cooking inconvenient, and ice maker not sufficient.Pool facilities are fun and a nice place to be when its hot.

Paradise Village #107 is the “home away from home” that makes your regular home jealous. This place had everything: 6 bedrooms with attached baths, TVs on basically any wall you look at (including two 70”+), dedicated gaming room with 3 giant TVs side-by-side all with X-boxes, a huge outdoor patio with plenty of seats, a full size pickleball court – if you’re one of the 3 people in the world who play – which also doubles as a basketball court and soccer area (with outdoor floodlights for night games), a heated pool and hot tub with plenty of places to lounge, a grill with 6 burners (that’s 18 hamburgers with room to spare), and a huge kitchen with every pot, pan, plate, utensil, and serving tray you can think of!
There were so many small touches that made this place magical for the kids on the trip, from the multiple provided high chairs to Harry Potter’s “cupboard under the stairs” loaded with toys. The adults weren’t left out of the fun with the younger males making great use of the video game room for some halo action while those a bit older delighted in sitting by the pool, reading, and talking about 401Ks or some other thing.
The only bad thing was how this place has ruined all other vacation homes for me. No more Best Westerns for our vacations, it’s St George at PV 107 or we’re staying home.

Loved both of the pools and our experience there. The larger one with the water slide area and the lazy river and the hot tub is great. It has a snack bar with $4 small and $6 large shaved ices, with a TON of flavors. There was even a deal for kids size of buy 4 get 1 free. Also for sale were chips, candy and nachos.
It is VERY hot so we needed our flip flops to walk between the slides and lazy river but saw some people high stepping to make it. There were many sizes of slides for all ages of kids. Lots of seats in the shade and in the sun. The lazy river is nice- not too fast, not too slow- with little pools to take breaks in.
The smaller pool is actually not much smaller and is 2 pools and a large hot tub. Lots of benches inside the pool sides. A waterfall to jump off into deep water. And even a small, fast slide there. Large shallow area for small kids as part of the lower pool. The gate exit button was broken at the time, minor inconvenience.
Easy to walk to either from our rental house.

This neighborhood was GORGEOUS. Parking was not an issue. The room were very clean and all amenities worked (yes the pool heater works!). Huge thanks to the cleaning crew, we left it best we could for ya! :) Would recommend.

Great house and pool. House had 2 rooms for the kids with 2 bunk beds in each one. The kids loved it. It also had a game room with Pac-man, Air Hockey, and Foosball. There was also a theater room for movies! Awesome place!

We stayed in unit 107, and it was amazing. I’ve always thought “I wish I had brought...” when staying someplace with a rental kitchen, and this was the first time I’ve never thought that. They had everything. Everyone having their own rooms was awesome. My kids loved the pool, and we wished we could have stayed for longer!

This place is amazing. From what I saw there are 2 big pools, one with a lazy river and one kids zone like in the pic. Great place to get an Airbnb especially if you have kids.

Was really hot when we went.
But thes pools definitely did the trick in cooling us off.

House was nice and spacious.
Felt right at home.
Had some issues with the internet (wifi) that were dealt with right away!

Don't forget to buy a lot of sunscreen before heading to Utah!!!

So much fun. We stayed in #69. Games for the kids. Hot tub and swimming in the pools are close. Harmons not to far away. Nice trails to hike and ride bikes. City park very close. Pickle balls courts less than 3 minute away. 3 hole putting green on back yard. Biggest this is we came to relax. Which we did.

We had a great time at the paradise village #44. There was plenty of space for our group of 15! The kids loved the outdoor slide and the playroom! We loved being able to walk next door to the pool. We would highly recommend a stay here!
