There are no words to express my gratitude to Becca Swope. She has seen me through efforts to conservatively manage a painful situation and through my post surgical recovery. I think she is a genius at figuring out the right way to approach each client's individual needs to get to the best possible outcome. I have my life back.

Almost a year ago, on October 26, l had a total knee replacement on my right leg at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. I did participate in all the recommended pre-operative and post-operative Physical Therapy exercises and went for several weeks of Physical Therapy at the Dartmouth Heater Road Location. Even after all that, I was still having issues with full flexion in my knee joint and I found climbing up and down the steps, getting up from sitting position and having a good night sleep rather uncomfortable I had another check up with a CAT Scan and consulted with my Orthopedist at Dartmouth. He suggested another session of Physical Therapy and this time I decided to opt for the Cioffredi and Associates Physical Therapy Center in GRANTHAM, for two reasons. First, I live in the Eastman Community, the place only a five-minute drive from my home and second, I have heard raving praise for the type of services patients receive there. I was extremely fortunate to get Dr. Joseph Soojian as my Physical Therapist. I found Joe to be highly competent, caring, and compassionate and yet pushing you to the maximum, until you say it hurts. One way he achieves this is by having pleasant and useful conversations with you to distract you from paying attention to all the manipulation he does and explaining things while he is making you do the work. After the few, eight, sessions, I have had with Joe, I have started feeling much better and regained my confidence. I am doing all the exercises by myself now and am also using the "Knee Flexion Dynasplint System" twice a day for forty-five minutes, as suggested by Dr. Sparks. I am extremely thankful for the opportunity to work with Joseph and the staff, and I am whole heartedly recommending him to anyone, He sure is highly professional, competent and knows what he is doing." -Ammini S. I came to see Becca for a rotator cuff injury that was progressing to frozen shoulder with some odd neurological shakes and tremors. Throughout my treatment Becca was confident and reassuring that the inflammation in the shoulder was behind the problem and her emotional support while I had things checked out with doctors was as valuable to me as her excellent physical therapy sessions. From taping, to cupping, to lots of stretching and massage, everything we did eventually came together. Once healing started the PT paid off and I have full painless motion that I had almost given up on. I’m satisfied with everyone I have seen… Marsha, Davis, Sadie, Anna, Becca, and Cindy and Jessie on the desk! Super team!

My experience was nothing less than incredible! When I first started, my range of motion was extremely limited, to the point where I could barely put my socks on in the morning and I was experiencing much pain and discomfort. Even after my initial visit, I felt improvements. After following a rigorous schedule with the therapists and doing the daily stretches and exercises that were assigned to me, I consider my improvements to be 100% and the tools and training that has been provided to me should help keep me in top notch shape in the future.

I had extremely aggravating shoulder/back/neck pain daily for the last four years straight. That started when I was six years removed from shoulder surgery. I could hardly put weight on my dominant side that was operated on. In about two months of PT with Becca, my shoulder is extremely more stable and for the first time since the onset of my symptoms I have gotten pain relief. I tried every treatment option I could find and exercised every day for three years, but nothing gave me pain relief until this round of PT. Also, they are all beauties.

After completing my physical therapy at the Grantham Cioffredi office, I would like to thank Justin Walker for his professionalism and patience. I am sure I was a challenge at times during my recovery from a broken shoulder. Justin's consistency and sense of humor got me through my stubborn mindset. The other staff members were always welcoming and upbeat. Thanks Cioffredi & Associates. I continue to stretch and I feel good!

Jessie is knowledgeable, helping with scheduling, insurance and other important paperwork. Becca is a professional and accomplished therapist. Her technical skills relieved much of the hip pain I was experiencing .She selected and explained how to do each exercise to continue daily exercises at home. My shoulder pain was keeping me from doing everyday activities and making it difficult to cook, clean, etc. I obviously waited too long before I made the appointment. Now after working with Anna and Alexis, my pain is almost completely gone. I am very thankful for all of the help I have received. The best thing, they are local.

Before coming to PT at Cioffredi, I was very stiff and had trouble climbing stairs. The exercise routine(independent) coupled with The PT treatment, has improved my ADL’s tremendously. I couldn’t be happier.

Excellent Experience. Non-medication pain relief and knowledge about aches and pains from athletics. Has improved my performance, abilities and most of all enjoyment of my over 60 athletics!

Came in with an overuse injury to my right shoulder and neck. With just 11 visits with Cioffredi I have free movements of my neck and shoulder and am pain free! Thank you!
