Cabin Fever Restaurant

Came here for an early takeout lunch just as they were opening. The owners were very nice and quickly took my order. The food came out fresh and hot (well not the lobster roll but I ordered it cold. The lobster roll had a ton of meat. Highly suggest this restaurant! The lobster bisque was also very good

We ordered take out, so didn’t have the best pictures but the food is amazing. The steak marinade is so special and tasty. I wasn’t so sure about the pizza when I saw it, but it tastes great. The portion is also pretty generous.

We stopped here on a whim on our way back to our home state and it definitely didn't disappoint. The decor is 100% cabin everywhere you look think if L.L. Bean had to fit into a restaurant. The food was so good we had burgers and they were both cooked to order and came out on metal meal trays which was cute and unique. Our 5yo son was with us and our waitress who we later found out was the owner was super sweet and made sure to speak directly to him which is a nice touch alot of people over look. We will go out of our way next time we are in NH to eat here again.

What a great place! The service was excellent, and the food was absolutely out of this world! I had the Meat Lovers Mac and Cheese. He had the Lobster Mac and Cheese. Large portions and served hot. So good 👌

One of my favorite dish is shepherd pie and yet this one is top of the list. Sooo delicious

Cabin Fever is an awesome place! We were in NH and it was definitely worth the trip a hop, skip and jump down from Attitash! The owners Jenn and Jim are some of the most pure hearted, generous people I have ever met! Theresa is a beyond-exceptional server, as well!!

With homemade food (that not only tastes phenomenal but is a good dietary choice), Cabin Fever is a great place to get a fantastic meal and enjoy the atmosphere!

I have been to this restaurant several times. It has been excellent every time. The atmosphere and the service are wonderful. We have enjoyed the burgers, soups, mac & cheese, clam chowder and lots of seafood. Without exaggeration, the clam chowder and the fried captains fisherman platter are the best I’ve ever tasted. And, I am a New Englander! The meat lovers mac & cheese was over the top. The portions are huge and everything is homemade and delicious. If you are in the Mount Washington Valley treat yourself to an authentic and really great time out.

This place is a hidden gem away from the torist traps. The best thing is that is the perfect stop to eat while out riding the snowmobiles!

Delicious food! Great bang for your buck! The amount of food in the entrees was incredible. I had the Buffalo Mac & Cheese, it had the Buffalo hot sauce mixed in and balanced the heat and flavor perfectly. My partner had the steak tips and had to take them home because they had so much!

Happy tummies all around! Excellent service, yummy food, wonderful atmosphere and great music (not “too” loud). Fair prices on everything (including t-shirts!), too. Thanks! 😊

Had the steak tip dinner, awesome portions nicely marinated, the corn bread hit the spot as well. Was too hungry to get a picture, next time for sure!! Plenty to look at while waiting, number plates from across America, fire and police patches as well. Extremely friendly staff made my day!

Two adults had a nice dinner here on a Wednesday evening in late August 2023. We both had the swiss cheese burgers with fries, costing about $28 with tax and less tip. Both were done to our liking and tasted great. The only downside to the restaurant was its lack of staff, which appears to be across the board in this part of New Hampshire. The greeter and the server both never stopped moving with seating people, taking orders, delivering food, the checks and clearing the tables. They clearly worked non-stop and the restaurant was full with people waiting for tables when we left.

There were too many details showing the care the staff puts into their food to list. But here is one example: my chicken sandwhich was given to me open-face so that the piping-hot fried cutlet wouldn't become soggy from the steam, and the lettuce and tomatoes wouldn't become wilted from the heat, preserving the full crisp and heat contrast between the two sides up until the moment I put them together and took a bite. This kind of care would earn Cabin Fever a 6th star if the brilliant minds at Silicon Valley were skilled enough in programming to make such a feat possible.

Service-wise, well, we were all crushing on her. She was professional but projected an endearing level of desheveledness. She had BDE: Big Doing-her-best Energy.

I know, it's unhealthy to think this way about strangers! But you know what isn't unhealthy? The omega-3 fatty acids you'll get from biting into a perfect fish filet. Go there!

Found this place at the end of Bear Notch Rd. We were greeted and served by extremely friendly and courteous staff. We ate at an end table outside that was well away from others. While waiting for our food we watched them meticulously clean the other tables when people left...now for the good part. The food was amazing. Burgers were good but the clam strips rival the best we have had along the coast and their onion rings were the best I've ever had. We will definitely go out of our way to come back again when we are in the area in the future. Thank you for a great lunch!

Our waitress was incredible, the food was excellent...she even waited on our little doggo ans made sure she didn't go unappreciated. Well done.

This is an excellent place to eat and they are very friendly. We had the Meat Lovers Macaroni & Cheese and the Meatloaf Dinner. Both meals can easily be shared.

The Lobster Bisque and Clam Chowder were terrific! My husband and I, being from Maine and Cape Cod, were surprised to find the BEST of ea we'd ever had if the mountains of New Hampshire! Also had the fried Sea Scallops... delicious! Only disappointment was the fried shrimp. Check this place out. It was more than we expected!

Such nice people! Food was great. Kid friendly. We will be back again.

Atmosphere was fantastic, service is great, and the food was top notch. Clam chowder was delicious, and the rest of the food was equally as great. The prices might seem high but the portions are quite large and enough to share between a few. Would highly recommend to anyone passing through the area.
