Mavis Discount Tire

I brought my car in for a slow leak after having countless tire issues from another shop, and assumed it was just a continuation of the same issue. They got me in right away, assessed the problem, checked and filled all my tires and sent me on my way within 20 minutes! Amazing customer service and warm atmosphere. I cannot recommend this shop enough! :)

Mavis has been such a big help these last few days between oil change and fixing my lights on my car they have given such service and have taken such great car of us. There is such an amazing team at Mavis and I 100 percent stand by this shop and the awesome work they are doing...

Awesome location. The guys are all super nice and educated. They always seem to fit me in and fo it quickly. Also, every single time I have gone to the Norwich location they give me some kind of a deal. Now days those little things really help out! 5 stars isn't enough!

I was traveling home to PA when I got a flat because of my alignment. I ended up getting 4 new tires and an alignment before driving the 3 hours home. Kiana and nate were helpful, nice, and got me back on the road as fast as possible. Thank you again!

Visited Mavis twice with both appointments being walk-ins. They got me out the door earlier than expected both times. Scotty and his crew were super accommodating and clear about any service recommendations.

Good service and they always keep me informed and allow customers to look at their vehicles while they are on the lift which is very helpful.

these folks are class A … Took my wife’s car, and just to do an oil change and her front tire is making noise and they let us know the front tire was just part of the tire well hanging and they fixed it in seconds and didn’t charge us a single thing… This is just one example of many things these folks do I can take my car and and/or truck there anytime and it’s quick fast service

Mavis is always wonderful and efficient with their services. This location is always going the extra mile for their customers to help them out with all their car needs! I love this mavis and will always continue to do business with them.

Keyanna was friendly and helpful. She searched out all the possible discounts/Rob was great amd definitely earned his pay with my dually. They stuck with the quote even though it was tougher to get the dually rims off than expected.

Had made an online appointment at another business a week prior, only to get there and they can’t do inspections until Dec 22, 2023! He did tell me to back down the road to Mavis and ask for Scotty. Scotty took me right in and made my day! Have had similar experiences with this business/location and will not make the same mistake by going anywhere else!

I have been been here for this past summer approximately 3 times and had a great experience. When speaking to those who work at the shop, they were extremely kind, forward, and most importantly honest. They even cut the price in labor when having a muffler adjusted. Their service has been impressive and quick, I highly recommend going here to anyone!

They replaced my tires! All four brand new tires and for a very reasonable price. Whenever I call with little issues they are able to get me in right away to check it out. Friendly staff. Overall great experience.

These guys are awesome an amazing gave me a great discount on my putting on my tires and with mount and balance. I definitely recommend going there if you need new tires put on
