All I can say is WOW!! I had My Total Hip Replacement Surgery with Dr. Cecil and he is the Best and his staff deserves 5 Stars ⭐. I’m still going through my Physical Therapy but the PAIN! is over. Dr Cecil you have Blessed 🙌🏽 Hands and I Thank You ✝🙌🏽✝

Dr. Cecil IS truly the best! I had total hip surgery just 19 days ago and on day 5 I was walking without a walker or cane! The pain I was feeling was a "new" one of just recovery, the "old" was gone! Now, in 2 weeks starts my journey on the knee! Looking forward to getting on with life pain free! BTW the staff is pretty awesome too!

Dr. Cecil did total knee replacements (both knees at the same time) on my husband, his brother and a family friend. It was truly life changing for all concerned!! We couldn't be more pleased and grateful for the quality of care we received from Dr. Cecil, his team, the team at St. Mary's as well as the rehab. We highly recommend Dr. Cecil and thank him so much for his outstanding work!!

If you need a workmans comp doctor, Do Not use Doctor Cecil! He is not dependable, trustworthy, or caring of his patients. He is argumentative, and does not listen to his patients. His bed side manor is atrocious as well! This man needs to retire, or lose his license altogether! Go elsewhere or he will screw you over like he did me!

Do not use this man for workman’s comp. He is not trustworthy or patient orientated. He does not listen to his patients. He’s a sell out for the workman’s comp insurance carriers. He has no integrity for his patients!!
