Quote we received was reasonable and installers are working with our timeline. Can’t wait to have it all done

This location had quite a selection of hardwood flooring and ceramic tile planks. The young lady and gentlemen there the day I went were very knowledgeable and helpful. The gentlemen went out of his way to find another store location who had the balance of what I wanted to purchase.

A great help with many options to choose from. Paid local, but pick up 1000 miles away. Lowe’s couldn’t do that.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with the staff at this location. Nick was extremely helpful during my first visit and made a difficult situation a lot easier. He remained on the phone with me for almost an hour while we worked out an issue with my order.

During my second visit, Jason Rivera the assistant manager was great! He was very kind and made sure I received the most current pricing for the items I bought since it was now on sale. That was a nice surprise and was very much appreciated.

Great guys. Honest, friendly, and helpful. Answered all my questions about the products and maintenance, even about things I wasn't buying at the time. Had to come back a few times and always received excellent, patient service. I would certainly deal with this business again, and you can't beat the prices on some things especially with coupon codes..

I went to Wappinger’s Falls location in December to place an order for enough hardwood flooring for three bedrooms. I was lucky enough to have Nick assist me to place the order! He was very patient with all my questions, and gave me great advice concerning the order. The flooring arrived as scheduled, and was delivered without a hitch! I was so happy with the service Nick provided, I returned to order additional wood to refinish my staircase and landing. Once again, Nick was there to walk me through the process!!! I would HIGHLY recommend Lumber Liquidators for your flooring needs, and ask for Nick for any assistance - he is an absolute pleasure to deal with!!!

Wonderful customer service. We installed a new floor before covid and had some leftovers - including one full unopened package. Although it was well passed the 90 day return window, they were happy to accept the return and provide a full refund. Thx.

We recently purchased hardwood floors for the second floor of our home. We purchased them in NY to make sure we got them in time for the New Year's deal. We had them shipped to our furture home in PA and Chad was great about making sure they were appropriately dropped off and he handled the logistics for us. Great service!
