Allegany Laminating Kitchen

They built a bathroom countertop for me and it is beautiful. Very durable and a perfect fit. Going back to get a table for my motorhome.
Took measurements for my RV table top, and I paid him for it. Said it would be ready in a week to 10 days. That was 9/18/20. My phone calls to find out where my table top is, go unanswered. I've left several messages, to no avail. If he's having a problem getting the material, I understand. But it would help a lot if he would just answer my phone call and explain the problem!
Sorry but I changed my rating from 5 stars to 3 because he hasn't let me know what is going on and hasn't given me the table top!

Where to start...
Communication was nonexistent until it came time for payment. It took MONTHS to get the countertops. I understand getting materials was difficult due to COVID, but phone calls and text messages asking for updates went unanswered. I finally had my husband call from a different number, and big surprise, Chuck picked up on the very first ring that time.

Left a mess after installing. I understand dust is part of the installation but he didn't cover anything or make any attempts to clean things up.

Ended up with water under our sink because he didn't tighten everything up when putting the sink back in. This morning we noticed some time yesterday when we were out that THE ENTIRE SINK HAD FALLEN OUT! Something didn't get tightened and over time the vibration of the garbage disposal made it come completely undone. The fall broke something in the garbage disposal, which is costing $120 to replace.

He took a chunk of wood out of one of our cabinets and dented our almost brand new stove during installation, and never said anything.

Didn't properly caulk around the sink leaving a huge, very visible gap.

Also didn't bolt down the corner of one of the countertops to the cabinets.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I was so disappointed because I had Chuck install some countertops several years ago and was pleased. Not this time!
