Needed a multi tool for some renovations and headed to the tool aisle. Was immediately greeted by Larry (not sure on last name but said he was from Port Allegany) who spent at least 10 minutes helping me find what I needed. The man couldn’t have been any more friendly or helpful. Definitely the best experience shopping there in 10+ years.

I like how the Home Depot is set up, and the staff is really helpful. I was able to find everything I needed, and get help taking it out to my vehicle.

Serving burgers & hot dogs today! Got in, got what I needed & didn't have to worry about stopping to eat. Getting the project FINISHED! A few screws to go. We love u Andrew!

I'm a man I could live here, that and the employees are always more then helpful with anything one might need assisted with. Except the Christmas Displays in mid October I could do without.

I just love going to Home Depot in Allegany,Ny. The help is always there when I need them . And there has only been 1 time that I had problems with their services. That was 1x in mega yrs that I have ben going to this store. I think every since it was built. Was a new kid just started working and gave me the wrong glue for my tiles. But I got it all worked out. Great variety, wonderful staff! Even have kids activities available the first weekend of every month! So much fun and a great place to get the supplies you need for all those awesome home renovations!

Shoping for my first big renovation project. I have to say Nick from the paint department did an amazing job helping us figure out what we were looking for. Great customer service, friendly, and efficient.

The manager on duty was amazing. Refused to give up in order to correct a mistake made and resolve and issue. Ivis, (I think) you are amazing and if you are ever in Kane pa, stop in to my restaurant and lunch or dinner is on me! Mad Dog 159 , Kane Pa.

Got what I needed (new trash bins) but there was not a great selection to choose from. Wanted different style than what was available. Staff at check out was friendly & helpful.

The employees have always been so nice to me and always ready to help me. I'm not able to walk the store anymore and they help me load my cart and follow me to the parking lot and put my purchases in my van and taking my electric cart back to the store. Love them all.

Closest HD to where I live. 1 1/2 hour drive but worth the time. Well stocked and helpful associates. As a former Department Manager for Home Depot I tend to be critical about locations. This location provided all my appliances for our new home in PA and all of the flooring. Great job.
