Party City

The staff here were so friendly and patient with me. I had to get a ton of balloons and other odds and ends for my daughters birthday party and the people that work here were super awesome and friendly. I know I was asking for a lot but they did it with a smile. Employees like this make good names for the companies they work for.

The store was clean. It was easy to find Halloween decorations and stuff for Halloween costumes in here. It was also fun to try on different masks. It didn't take very long to buy the items we needed, and it was easy to navigate through the store. I would recommend going here to get supplies for parties and Halloween.

I never write reviews, but today they deserve one. Every year I go to the store and hand select balloons for my boyfriend's birthday. This year due to the pandemic, I had placed an order online for curbside pick-up. Today is his 30th birthday and I wanted it to be perfect. Unfortunately I had him pick up the balloons as a surprise and he didn't realize the order was incomplete when he picked it up. I went back to the store later in the day to get the remaining portion, and when I arrived they brought me a cute heart balloon to apologize for the inconvenience. Again, to my dismay the remaining balloons where not at all what I had imagined when I placed my order! (They were to be blown up by mouth and not helium, so they wouldn't compliment the bouquet I had picked online and I also didn't have anything to hang them with). The women who helped me out was so sweet an accommodating, I wish I could remember her name. She even went back in the store and brought me out a different set of balloons that was more along the lines of what I had expected. I give 5 stars for going above and beyond and helping a poor girl out when all she wanted was to make her boyfriends quarantined 30th birthday special.

Great shop for celebrations. There is everything from the word absolutely everything! Very good, friendly, helpful staff. Helped us make a gender party! Everything was top notch. I recommend.

Last minute thanksgiving plates ! They saved the day

The balloons are beautiful i got for my boyfriends birthday.
At first it was a bit unorganized but they handled the situation well and handled my frustration with grace.

Store is huge and has every party theme imaginable. Very neat, organized and clean. Employees were pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful.

During Halloween, the staff had their A-game on. Staff was helpful and kept the store organized as best as they could with people who like to pick things up and randomly place them down. Great selection of party items and costumes.

The staff was very friendly helpful and fast. My order was ready when I got there and they didn't even flinched when I added on more balloons. Very accommodating.

I went in this morning, to buy some balloons but also have some filled with air that I brought through amazon.. I asked the young man if he could put bags over the balloons because last time I purchased $40 of balloons most popped as soon as I put in car. He didn’t want to really put the bags and told me well you can only put a few in there and I said umm ok. He was not being very helpful. So this wonderful lady Tammy went the extra mile and offered for me to use two bags so that all balloons can be transported in bags. Thank you Tammy for going above and beyond to help me.

This place is great for party planning, novelties, office decorating...had fun shopping, lots of ideas for the future gatherings! Just keep an eye on pricing...around the corner you may find same thing just in a different, cheaper theme!
