Nice, wide, gently sloping trail. We went as far as the homestead. We'll be back another time to go to the lake or check out the old Oregon trail section. It was about 2 miles to the homestead.

One of my favorite areas to hike. Definitely worth trying at least once especially if you live near by. Highly recommend.

This place is insane with views of the beautiful cliffs and the gorgeous trees and the trail leads you back to an old ranch. Definitely recommend

Great family friendly hike to an old homestead and farther to a marshy lake. Keep your eyes open for rattlers!

Very beautiful hike but GET TICK SPRAY FOR YOU AND YOUR DOG! My dog had over 15 ticks on him and I had two when all was said and done. This is tick country
