Our sales consultant Ramseys Gonzalez was very pleasant, kind, and knowledgeable. He allowed us the time we needed to make a decision. No rush. We were introduced to a few associates that were also very friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the service we received. We did buy a Ford F-250 pickup truck from this dealership and hope to get several years of hauling our camper. Needed to have some body work done on my Special Edition "Built to Serve" 2020 RAM 1500. My insurance company works with Matthew's Ford and I saw no reason not to use them. The paint is very unique and was a little worried about it being matched properly. The Body Shop at Matthew's Ford did an OUTSTANDING job on fixing the damage and getting the special "Gator Green" PERFECTLY matched. Hopefully I don't need to have any body work done on my RAM in the future, but if I do, Matthew's Ford will be getting my business. Matthew's Ford is HIGHLY RECOMENDED.

My Experience with Matthews Ford was a positive one. Mike was very good at helping me with my trading in a 2013 VWCC and a 2015 Ford Escape SE on the 2017 Ford Edge. Mark was also very helpful in getting two new tires on the new vehicle after one front tire had a crack open up on the sidewall. All in All it was a good experience working with Matthews.

I've been going here since last year. I had an 2003 F150 that seemed to have "Gremlins in the motor!" No other shop could fix this truck and I was told to take it to the Ford dealership. That was the BEST advice I could have been given! They are an honest and very good repair shop that did not try to overcharge me or rip me off! I won't go anywhere else now!

I had body work done on my car. The service was excellent from the moment I took my car in for an estimate until the work was completed! I hope I don't have a need in the future but I would return to Matthews Ford if I had a need.
