It has been a long time and a roller-coaster of emotion after loosing Wally July 2020. I want to express my appreciation for your care and concern for him over the period of his illnesses. I know there were many mitigating factors that complicated his care. I appreciate your ability to aid in not only navigating the VA health systems but your ability to communicate options and situations effectively. Wally was always a "facts and data" kind of person and delt with situations better when all the knows were given to him. Thank you for being a kind and giving care giver.

With over 275 physicians and 155 advanced practice clinicians, Confluence Health is the major medical provider between Seattle and Spokane. They do a great job.
Starting January 13, Wenatchee Pediatrics team is changing their hours of operation.
Mon – Wed: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.,
Thur – Fri: 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.,
Sat: 9 a.m. to noon

Staff here is really nice and professional. My mom is in ICU and getting fantastic care. All of the nurses and doctors are great.

Oncology department is amazing. Thank you all.

My mom was an inpatient at Confluence for 4 days. She was dealing with grief over the death of my sister a few months prior, which physically impacted her with heart attack-like symptoms. During a pandemic, when no one was allowed to visit her, we tried to call her once a day (would’ve been 3 phone calls per day). The switchboard operator took it upon herself to comment that my mother’s phone was constantly ringing and express (in an exasperated tone) that it was frustrating. Seriously? Was that helpful or kind or in the best interest of the patient?

I don’t think the switchboard operator values the fact that she still has a job through all of this.
I tried reaching out to the manager of patient access, but didn’t receive a call back.

It’s a little heartless to discourage family from calling when patients aren’t allowed visitors.

I couldn’t get an appointment for a primary care provider for less than 6 months out. Then I had all of my radiology appointments cancelled the day before my first because they “overbooked themselves” and told me I could reschedule the soonest 2 months later. I’m so over this being the only medical facility with big equipment in wenatchee.

If I could give them a zero, I would. When at the ER for a kidney infection, the doctor didn’t listen to how I was feeling and what my symptoms were. Once we got to the room and saw the doctor, no one came back for an hour. After they did a CT scan and prescribed me medications, they moved me to a a tiny corner where my husband and I barely fit in. We were there for a little over an hour with no updates. They gave me my discharge but never went over it with me and failed to tell me that I had ovarian cysts. They rushed me out so I couldn’t ask questions. I called to schedule a follow up and no one answered every time I called. They overcharged me for items so my insurance had to argue with them. I now have to pay nearly $1000 but they wouldn’t answer the phone so I could lower payments. I finally got a hold of someone and they were very rude and entitled. Overall, I wouldn’t go back there ever. The military care i’m under now is far better, thanks to my husbands 4+ years of service.

Since Covid Confluence health has gone down hill to the point Im thinking of seeking my health care else where!!!! It has been 20 days and i still do not have the prescrition i need. Not to mention you dont get to speak to anyone that knows much anymore with a problem! Your new phone center taking the calls only irritates your patients to no end. My chart only works part of the time. And truly how impersonal!
Do you actually read your reviews? Cause looks to me that you have a ton of unhappy patients on how you are doing as a business. I sure know Ive heard from many complain about your services.
Youve gotten to big for your britches and dont seem to care. Such a sad situation.

Unprofessional, dismissive, dregating , not helpful , very racist and bigoted . This organization deserves an award for ignorance and lack of common sense . Oh yeah and they don’t know what compassion means nor do they care . Very evil money making “ hospital “., do yourself a favor and seek medical somewhere else . Listen to the people who suffer thanks to confluence health .

My mom almost died and my dad is a disabled Vietnam veteran who has been paying monthly an amount Confluence agreed to. Then they turned them into collections anyway and sold their debt to a predatory debt company. This place needs to be run out of the valley if not the state. They breached the verbal contract and are despicable. Ethically and legally wrong. They should be prosecuted as I'm sure this isn't an isolated case. We're talking to lawyers to do our part. Do the same.

Confluence healthcare really needs to have an investigation done. Just because we live in the valley and we don’t have any other options we have to except subpar service. Most recently, an urgent care, doctor actually says the words, “ Well yeah, I guess an L And I doctor might know more about a hyper extended knee “ I feel sorry for the people manning the phones they’re understaffed and have to put up with frustrated people like myself. On the average them transferred 2 to 3 different times up to 20 minutes long of a wait on the phone and then every person asked me the same information again. It’s just frustrating. They’re obviously very ignorant. I mean why do I have to call the main number to wait 15 minutes just for them to take 20 seconds to transfer me to the department I need to schedule an appointment with. Shame on you. And any doctor that works there and reads this shame on you.

Neurologist Shannon Grosdidier still working for confluence is absolutely disgusting! 2 hit and runs plus arrested for DUI and still employed!! Be better confluence!

Useless. They claimed I was lying about having my ovaries in tact after a total hysterectomy and there was no record of it, even though they performed it. They also said that it must have happened too long ago. It has only been 7 years. I sat down at their computer, found the record and pulled it up. These people are completely useless. I am planning to go outside Wenatchee to get medical assistance. This is a place you go to die--not help.

Wish I could leave a zero on this horrible health care system! They take you to court for past medical bills that is even less than $20 what a joke
