I have total faith in Dr. Diane. She is caring to both me and my pets. The office staff is friendly and welcoming and the tech vets are kind and attentive. They answer all my questions and compliment my cat (which I love to hear).

It was amazing to see how they handle the pets during the examination. I have been so many vets over the years and this is the only place my 4-year-old dog, who has anxiety to strangers, felt so comfortable. The negative side about this place is, it is pretty hard to get an appointment here, but it is understandable considering a lot of people wants to come over here.

I have been a client at this veterinary practice for approximately 2years. With 40 years employed in a medical facility, and a 30 year history with another veterinary practice, I feel qualified to assess this excellent practice. They are a full service practice with caring staff. The doctors are highly educated, compassionate with the animals, and empathetic with their owners! These qualities deserve more than five stars!

I have a cat who has digestive issues. Both Dr. Diane as well as Dr. Denise have seen him. Their care was genuine and they treated I appreciate the rest of the staff as well who have helped my 'skiddish' cat feel at ease. I'm grateful for the genuine care we've received. I highly recommend going to Schoharie Valley Vet. All of the staff helpful and always respectful!

SVVC PC is top notch from scheduling the appointment to your pets examination and getting the right meds. Dr. Lenci is super terrific and my dog Daisy just goes bonkers and thinks she's on a play date instead of getting a checkup/vaccines. I would give this practice 10 stars if that was possible. The front office staff is friendly and caring and extremely proficient.

My 3 cats are new patients and I am extremely happy with how they were cared for. The doctor and tech were so kind and informative and they went above and beyond to make sure my kitties were as comfortable as possible. Thank you!

Pepper is afraid of people. His ride to the Vets upset him. When the girls returned him he was a lot calmer even if he did voice his opinion all the way home. The girls explained everything in detail so I could make a decision about his treatment.

Quick service, and such personal care was given for my dog when he got sick. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Thank you all

The entire team at the Schoharie valley veterinary clinic was amazing it's right in made us feel at home took great care of my feline was very prompt in service and in testing. Dr Diane is an amazing veterinarian was very informational, polite and professional as well as the rest of the team, I will never take my animals anywhere else for they get the utmost amazing care at this clinic. And my Ms Sassy is on the mend and feeling much better.

My experience was great! I was in the waiting area a very short time and saw the Doctor right away. I have only good things to say about the visit.

Dr Diane and the whole staff are very caring. It is a long day for Mowgli, my dog, but he comes out happy and cheerful. They test his blood sugar five times from 9:00 to 5:30. Dr Diane speaks to me about Mowgli's test results. I leave feeling that they are doing everything they can to help Mowgli.

We have been clients of Dr Diane and staff since they first opened in the Schoharie Valley, and have always been very happy with their service. They are kind and caring, and treat us and our pets like family. From new puppy moments of joy, to the heart-wrenching farewells, Schoharie Valley Veterinary Clinic has been by our sides all the way.

The entire staff at Schoharie Vet Clinic is wonderful, from those that answer the phones to Dr. Diane herself. I’ve never had a bad experience there and always appreciate their patience and understanding. They truly embody the love we have for our fur babies.

Unfortunately my first visit here was putting down our cat, but this place has the most kindest vetenarians I have ever met. They tried all they could to help our cat who was sick, but, the best option was putting him down. They were very kind and considerate about the situation and seeing how they and customers acted and talked with one another was just like two best friends which was comforting.

For the price, it is very much worth coming here. The vets here take very good care of your pets and are also very kind to the pet owners.

I love this Vet! My cats go here. They don't push sales like my dogs Vet. They are caring and take the time to answer all your questions and concerns. Dr. Diane is great! There were two vets here but one moved over a year ago so it is a bit of a wait to get in, but I understand they are looking for a second vet as well. This Vet is worth the wait!

It was my first visit to a vet with my first pet and Dr Diane and her staff made me feel very comfortable. They treated my pet with kindness and made sure she felt comfortable with every step of the appointment as well. They allowed me to be a part of the process (treat holder) and explained to me everything they were doing and gave me suggestions that were much needed. I look forward to our next appointment!

I think Diane is a sincere and kind person. Our pets are part of our family I have always been satisfied with the care she has given them. She listens to what you have to say. The facility is very clean and her staff is friendly and helpful.
