Knit One Needlepoint Too

Susan sent me a canvas, with a stitch guide that she wrote, and with threads that she selected, all packaged in a nice red folder. The threads are gorgeous, and are perfect for this canvas. The stitch guide appears to be easy to follow and well organized. Susan is a kind person who was very responsive. I will definitely buy from her again.

I always get the service and attention I need to pick out a project when I come here. The shop is well-stocked for needlepoint, but there is also a nice selection of beautiful yarns and notions. The staff is always knowledgeable and welcoming. I love the selection of needlepoint canvases and the gorgeous assortment of threads to choose from. There is something for everyone here.

Susan completed a stitch guide for me on a Melissa Shirley canvas that I mailed to her. The guide is very comprehensive and color-coded. I did need
to buy the threads and beads from her, but the $25 fee for the stitch guide was very reasonable. Highly recommend if you need assistance with a similar project as mine!

Fabulous service. Granted I waited several months for my needlepoint to arrive but that was do to the artist, not the shop. When it did arrive I was impressed beyond expectations. Not only was the supplies included but a detailed explanation of where each color went and even suggested stitches with diagrams! Amazing!!!!

Sue and her staff are over the top when it comes to giving suggestions. I felt right at home immediately. Totally enjoyed my visit and went home with some great items.

Horrible customer service. I understand that there is a pandemic. Two emails unanswered. One phone call not returned although owner says she tried. She didn’t. After waiting for a canvas two months, I asked for a refund. Had I been notified upfront, it wouldn’t be an issue. I choose to shop where I’m appreciated.

Not the nicest customer service. I ordered a stitch guide at the beginning of the month and never received it. After numerous follow up calls, the woman was very rude and had an issue with me asking for a refund on shipping. Hopefully it is not how they normally conduct business.

Doesn't have price tags posted by their merchandise and no proper refund sign.
