Our contact with Dr. Cara Devore and her staff has been excellent since our first visit, during which she clearly and thoroughly explained all aspects of the impact of hearing loss and reviewed the variety of hearing aid options available to correct them. Her obvious knowledge and experience, as well as her professional yet personal manner and communication skill, made us feel very comfortable and valued — so much so that we just ordered hearing aids and look forward to working with her and her staff to improve my husband’s (as well as my!) life! We highly recommend Center for Better Hearing as your first stop!

Went to better hearing and was completely satisfied with the stuff from the moment I walked into the office. The audiologist was terrific both knowledgeable and professional in her interactions. I really appreciated the testing and follow up plan for treatment.

I had my hearing test done this year by Dr DeVaney. She spent over an hour with me and explained the results of the test. She cleaned my hearing aids, updated the aids, put new programs on my phone for me to use in different situations, and explained how to use these additional programs. She is very knowledgeable and very attentive to the questions I asked her. I would recommend her for anyone suffering a hearing loss.

Meredith was as amazing as my wife said was. She treated me with every courtesy, she listened to me, and paid attention to everything I said. Her professionalism and attention to detail was second to none. But perhaps what I appreciated most was her honesty in that she did not try to sell me something I did not need. I was in for a hearing test and consultation on 10/13/23. The staff is very personable and friendly. The office is comfortable and warmly decorated. Dr. Bedore tested my hearing and reviewed the results with options and recommendations. I felt that any questions I had were and will be answered professionally. Dr. DeVaney conducted my exam, explaining results in depth and providing sound recommendations. She noted my left aid was not working properly and has sent right and left off for repair and retune. All in all, a very worthwhile and pleasant first visit!

The best. They will spend any amount of time to address your loss. Mine was very challenging but they don’t give up. I couldn’t be happier about how well I hear. Worth the money to get it right.

I see Meredith and let me tell you, she is one of the most caring and friendly people i have met, but more importantly she KNOWS what she is doing with all the latest methods and diagnostic devices at ones disposal! My audiology appointment is usually a highlight of my day. Her office staff always greets me with a friendly smile, calling me by name, and, in a short time calls me in. Dr. Cara keeps things moving quickly by interspersing helpful knowledge with friendly comments. Oftern she brings laughter into the appointment. Before I know it, the appointment is over.
