Awesome little spot and I was on the south part. There was a small area for camping, picnic tables and small grills, and one public bathroom (although it looked like there were a couple more near the boating dock). The beach area was all rocks so I'd say wear good shoes, and there was a pathway I didn't walk.

It was very relaxing being in the sun and listening to the tiny waves. It was windy so might be helpful to bring a light jacket as it gets hot-ish in the sun and the cool as the day goes on. However, I'm sure it might be different if you are there in the summer/hot weather.

Nice little stay and play course! Rv park is right next to the pro shop and the course is fun to play!
