I Love Dr MaryJo Kendrick & her office staff always smiles no feelings of negative vibes like anyone is having a bad day or whatever. Always helpful. I've never had a long wait time. Things go smoothly. 2 different surgeries so far & all goes well. I would highly recommend. I hope she never stops coming to Washington CH *****

I liked that the appt was on schedule. Very little time in the waiting room or in the room waiting on Dr. Kendrick. Dr Kendrick is very personable and has a nice bedside manner. She's also very attentive to concerns.

This is the second year I’ve been seeing Dr. Kendrick. She is an awesome dermatologist. Very friendly, doesn’t leave anything to chance with her better safe than sorry attitude, which I love. Her staff is very friendly and helpful.

As a nurse I have met many MDs. Dr. Mary Jo Jacobson Kendrick is patient, thorough, knowledgeable, compassionate, personable and a great listener. I always take morning appointments so I have never had to wait. If I did have to wait I would know she is giving the same quality care to every patient and worth every minute. Thank you Dr. Kendrick & staff!

Mary Jo and her staff was awesome! I have a major fear of needles and had a cyst removed.It was way easier than I expected! She talked with me the whole time to keep me calm and distracted. Highly recommend!

Dr. Kendrick did a wonderful exam. Very friendly and caring. Staff was also very pleasant.

Dr. Kendrick and her staff offer all you would hope for in a medical experience. Prompt, I waited maybe 4 minutes; courteous, friendly greeting; Dr. Kendrick was in the exam room in less than 5 minutes; she listened, examined me, addressed my concerns and immediately shared the results of her exam and assured me there was no medical issue that I sure be concerned about. I love her demeanor and personality and her professionalism as well.

We drove from Columbus to Washington Courthouse for my appointment with Dr.Kendrick. She and her staff (from intake to exit) give me the confidence that my issues WILL BE RESOLVED! She is FIRST RATE!

I was expecting a stand-alone office but it’s room 105 in a large medical building. Other than that, my experience as a whole was great! I was a new patient and Dr. Kendrick took the time to get to know me and my past experiences!

Dr. Kendrick is fantastic. She takes the time to listen and take care of me. I am never rushed. I won’t go to anyone else!

Friendly and fast!!! I dont like the 5 AM reminder texts or the pressure to download an app to check in. Its a hassle!! Other than that, i love the office and staff!
