This is a great place to get tacos. They even have a little bakery after the side and gave us some free samples. We ended up buying a bunch of bakery products as well!

We go to this place for the bakery, the pastries are delicious and so many different ones to choose from.

La popular is a great place to get food to dine in or to go. This is an orchard community with workers whom I'm sure are amongst the hardest workers anywhere in the planet. I enjoy many of the Mexican choices on the menu, and they make hamburgers😊it's all good at La Popular. If you're in the area or just taking a road trip it's worth it to stop in for their yummy food.

Food is very good! Vegetarian and Vegan Friendly restaurant. They give different kind of veggie meat options to choose from: vegan Chorizo, vegan beef, or vegan Chicken. The seasoning of the food is really good. Order some extra red salsa for your chips because that salsa is yum! 5 stars for offering vegan options! Thanks we ate really good :)!

Such a gem in a small town! The food was unbelievably delicious, but the service was even better! The man who served us was so patient and generous, explaining what was in each dish as my husband wasn't too familiar with Mexican food. We will definitely be back every time we pass by Mattawa!

Best food a had in this small town

I've said this before. This place is awesome! They have great food and great customer service. They make food like your grandmama makes.... With love. They are adding more seating and their bakery makes great Mexican style breads and pastries.

The food was very good and the staff were nice!

Who ever lives in Mattawa and has never come to this place your missing out or you just live under a rock so come get a dounut and then you'll be set for life but don't come telling me "Stevie it's not that good of a place" first of all if someone says it's not a good place first of all I'm going to say " Relax dude" then I'm going to smack you so watch out I'm serious but not that serious.

This restaurant reminds me of my favorite Mexican food restaurants down in my home town of San Diego and in Baja California. Every time i'm in Mattawa and make a point to stop by!
