Complete Family Dentistry

The staff is friendly and efficient. The dentist was gentle. The place looks nice and clean. Plenty of parking. The place is not in the best area of San Bernardino.

This place is horrible. I would give them less than one star if possible. I went in to get work done and was quoted a certain price under a certain plan. When I arrived they pulled up 2 different options that they made me sign then created a third option with more fees and then was told they forgot to include 5 fills. I was told we were only doing cleaning and not the other fills. Not sure what kind of billing they are doing but it seems very shady. I do not recommend this place. If you go here please ask for full disclosure as they may “forget” to include fees.

If I could give less stars I would because this place has zero professionalism. After a horrible tooth extraction my husband dealt with two months of shards falling out. Now he's in immense pain because the dentist refuses to pull a giant chunk of tooth- they will not receive our business any further as this pain is intolerable and no care was given- no pain prescription either even though the dentist gave it a yank. Very horrible work!!
