The gal at the tool center is a breath of fresh air. Very knowledgeable about tools, and a whizz at rebuilding ratchets! Kisha(?) is a big asset to the Sears family! I will be saddened when Sears closes their doors and I will be forced to exchange my tools at Lowes. A sad day indeed!
