The Salon and Spa at CNCC

After going 16 months without a haircut, my hair grew very long and became very annoying. A very brave and sweet Daniel, (I think that's how to spell her name) was very patient and was quite a perfectionist in how to get my hair just right. Bless her heart ❤! She'll be quite an artist in the very near future!

Called on a Tuesday to book two services for two people on Thursday. I confirmed the appointment three times while on the phone. I get a call on Thursday one hour before my appointment to 'confirm your appointment for Friday'. I said no my appointment is for today. She said 'Oh I'm sorry we are booked for today, so we can't do it today. Asked me if I want to reschedule. I said no.
I had to leave work early for this appointment because they are only open until 5 during the week when most people are working. Not leaving work early again to get turned away because they don't pay attention to details. I was really looking forward to this appointment. So disappointing .
