SCAM!!!
We booked a room for $428 for the weekend . We got a call from the front desk during our trip that they needed another card because the original card worked for everything besides the$70 resort fee. Weird but okay . We used our 2nd card & we found a $258 charge for it by the hotel !!! Please beware and don’t to pay at property.

Not a big deal but hot tub was cold & I reserved the room with the spiral staircase but they gave us a different room but with the same amenities

The sound proofing is so awful that it alone earns it a 1 star review. Absolutely infuriating and I would avoid this complex when staying in Keystone at all cost. If it’s your only option just try to get a room on the second floor so that you don’t have to listen to every footstep or bowel movement the guests above you take. The rest of the condo isn’t worth talking about because even if it were spectacular (which it isn’t) the paper thin walls/floors/ceilings would still land it a 1 star review.

If I could leave no stars I would. It was ok up until “rolling blackouts” that was supposed to last an hour. 6 hours later in 18° weather power finally came back on. They had no generator back up for any of the buildings except for the front office. Husband went to front office to try and find out what was going on after trying to call on the landline and was on hold for more than 20 mins and still no answer. Tried to get credited for the 6 hours of no power and was told “not my problem.” So if considering this property, make sure to note, they don’t have generator back up when the power goes out in winter weather. The fireplace isn’t enough to keep the room warm. It’s tragic this company could not accommodate the needs of a disabled veteran and their caregiver even after trying to work with them to come to amicable solution.
