My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Melanie, not once but twice. The first time we were buying our second home. It took us over a year to find the perfect home. Melanie is by far the most patient realtor around. I feel like this sets her apart from anyone else. Not once did we feel rushed or pressed to buy. It's a very large financial decision and not one to take lightly and Melanie reminds you that you have to feel good about it. I truly cannot recommend her enough!! We of course worked with her again when we decided to sell our first home and she walked us through the seller side seemlessly. Her knowledge and expertise helped us get our home sold quickly. She's very responsive, any time I have a question or concern she was always a quick call or text anyway. Seriously, if you're looking for someone Melanie is your girl.

Donna Sanchez was our realtor when we sold our home and she is the BEST! We sold our house after we relocated 7 hours away and I would have literally went insane if it wasn’t for her! She stayed in constant contact with us, even while on vacay in Mexico! She kept our expectations realistic, listened to all my panicked calls and calmed me down, even painted part of our shop that the appraiser called on the appraisal and subsequently tore it down for us when said appraiser changed her mind! Really I can’t say enough good things about her and would suggest her to anyone who needs a realtor! I would give her 100 stars if I could!

I worked with United Realty team member Cassandra Rosa and she was AMAZING. I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy/sell in Hobbs, New Mexico. She was extremely knowledgeable, answered all questions and concerns in detail, had great communication with me through the entire process, educated me along the way, and was just all around amazing. She showed me how to prepare home for the market, how to stage and things to do to enhance professional photos, how to prepare for showings etc.
She always kept me in the loop and would send updates as we went along. She listed my home and had it under contract in 17 hours with closing completed in 5 weeks. She sent updates through the closing process and stayed on top of things to ensure all was going as planned and to make sure I understood the different phases of closing. My experience with Cassandra couldn't have been any better. I would definitely give her ten stars.

I’ve never felt pressure, only compassion and care as they handled my Dad and my family in his last days on this earth. They were available and so honoring every time I contacted them. We ended buying land directing from the owner which to be forthcoming, don’t take shortcuts and trust your realtor because although I learned a lot I’ll never not rely on my realtors again! Thank God everything went smoothly however doing it directly ended up not being exactly what we thought we were looking for, so we decided to sell.
