The office manager is knowledgeable, the facilities are very clean and I feel safe knowing that my items are secure here. They have security cameras in every climate controlled building and down every building outside, there is a security hate out front, and an alarm system will go off if you open your storage unit without punching you hate code in.

Good customer service. I had gotten a unit way too small for what I had and it was very easy to switch units, gave me no trouble at all. I also feel that my belongings are safe there.

I have a space here and I try to go in and pay it or call and pay it no one answers the phone and no one is in the office when I go there during business hours and yet they still want to charge a late fee I feel that is not right because I'm trying to pay it on time and someone is getting paid to do a job by being there but they are not there I hope this message finds the owner or the manager of this establishment and inform them get their help is not there
