Mill Wharf

I recently visited The Mill Wharf for dinner and was thoroughly impressed. Amazing place. The view of the harbor at sunset was simply stunning, enhancing the overall ambiance. The service we received was exceptional, adding to the pleasant experience. As for the food, it was truly fantastic. Every dish was prepared exactly to my liking and cooked to perfection, making the meal truly memorable. I’m definitely planning to return to The Mill Wharf.

The best fish fry I’ve ever had. Seriously. The fish was so tender and the crispy. The coleslaw was amazing too. The tartar was excellent. We also got the seafood platter and it was some of the best we have had.

The view is stunning, and sitting outside on the deck was quiet and peaceful. Loved watching the boats and the birds go by. Our waitress was on point and kind!

Very nice place, right on the water. Went for lunch today after hanging out at the ocean watching the waves crash, if storm coming in tomorrow. Waitress was very attentive and when i ordered the blackened chicken sandwich she cautioned me as to how spicy it was, glad she did because i would not have enjoyed it. Got chili instead, very good serving with a heap of tortilla chips. Also ordered the corn bread with honey butter so delish. Husband got the lobster bisque, good chunks of lobster in it, we both had a ceaser salad, he had anchovies on his. Salad was a very good size could have easily shared one. I recommend this restaurant

Nothing tops watching the fishing boats come in thr deliver the fish that you'll be eating. And The View!! Can't get much fresher than this. Not sure why this place isn't rated higher Excellent service and exceptional food, large portions, brought out hot and quick. I had the sweet potato encrusted Haddock. A lovely mild fish with a nice balance of flavors with the arugula and sweet onions. Perfect!

BEST CRAB CAKE AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR THE LOBSTER BOILED .Shannon rocks at the bar with great service AND, keeping up with the restaurant. All I said was I really want lobster 🦞

Went here for my birthday a while back. The food was great and the service was awesome too. The waitstaff is super friendly and kept giving our kids coasters with riddles on the back. Good food/beer selection and a very nice spot for boat and people gazing. Great clam chowder and apps.. but the clams are.. well read on..

Ahh the clam plate. It was super fantastic. First off.. I grew up in Maine, and I’m also pretty old, and so I’ve have had my fair share of clams. These large full belly clams may just be the best I’ve ever had. Definitely within top 2. Nice crispy batter not overly thick and super fresh.. these are sweet clams.. if you like clams you will know what I mean. I think my daughters clam plate had a few more than mine. Bummer. Also great tarter sauce.

My wife had the fish tacos and they were also really yummy. They make them with a little hint of spicy wasabi so just be advised. We love sushi so they were just the trick. My son had the fish and chips and that was also great. Not sure what that other reviewer was talking about with lack of fish. This was thick cut fillets with the same light batter. Onion rings and fries were also awesome.

Putting this one on our list of favorite places.

This was a fantastic restaurant on the water! Parking was good and easy access for front door drop off for my elderly Mom. Service was great and food fresh and delicious!

Another beautiful outdoor waterfront deck for a nice lunch or dinner. Great seafood options. Nice meaty clam chowder. The Asian Glazed Salmon was delicious.

Great ambiance. Our server was nice, good sense of humour. I had the swordfish with mash potatoes and some drinks, it was good (exept the boiled veggies) don't expect fine dining. 5 stars for the view, atmosphere and service 🙂. We will return ⛵🛥🚤

The food was great but you definitely want to come here for the view if you like scenery and to people watch. Sit on the patio, get a nice breeze and watch the boats coming in from the Harbor. Our server was a character, glad we came!

I’ve been to this place for years, but eating lunch there is rare. It even has an elevator, which always really excites me from a young kid to a teenager. The food was good, and the sprite is great as well. The burnt bun also feels unique. My favorite part of the Mill Wharf is the elevator 😁

Mill Wharf has always been consistent in their food. Is it a Michellin star restaurant? No. The restaurant offers standard American food, i.e., chowder, fish & chips, baked scrod, burgers, steak, etc... plus a few interesting menu items to jazz things up. We go there often and are never dissatisfied.

Your view is picturesque Scituste Harbor. Your meal is comfort food at a fair price point. Your service is friendly fast and professional. It doesn't get any better than the Mill wharf!

Charming water front spot that’s been around for ages. We had a great meal with quick service. Lobster roll is one of the best and perfectly made. Salad was a giant portion and large enough to feed 3 people!

Awesome views (great for taking visitors) amazing service, and the food was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

Getting better! I've been here plenty of times over the years. Haven't been in over a year, I must say since then the food quality has gotten much much much better.

Update: was just here again, the other day. (12-8-18) Food quality was great. Service was spectacular. Our waitress was great. We usually sit upstairs, this time we sat downstairs. Really nice environment this trip. I'll be back next time in Scituate.

Brought my Dad(87) here to celebrate Father's day early, as he can't take the long waits on the official day. The restaurant doesn't take reservations for any party under 9 people, so it's first come basis. We got last table on covered deck in the shade. He loves their food & watching the harbor traffic. He got their steak tips and had 2 beers. I had ice tea and the baked scrod. Very reasonable prices, service excellent, nice to see teens doing bussing jobs again.
Lunch is until 330pm, then it changes over to dinner. Parking can get tight as it's literally on the wharf, right in front of the harbor entrance, but the views are totally worth it!
Highly Recommended.

A great find! On the water. Excellent food and service.
We had the Fish & Chips and the Beet salad. Both were yummy! Enjoy.

We ordered a take out and when went to pick decided to eat in seeing how beautifully they were following state guide lines of Social distancing. The host Emma and server Greta were awesome. When i opened my takeout bag and noticed how soggy my fries were. It was take out I know. But Greta was very kind to get me some fresh french fries, we just needed handful but it was the willingness to make us feel welcome, made me write this review. We will come back again,

I really enjoyed dinner there, as well as the view.
The food was really nice and tasty.
Besides this there's a variety of different beer and wine choices.
