Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

The waitress was nice and the food was great. I order the Merry Berry Tea and the Fried Turkey. The tea was so good with cranberry flavored but it tastes like a real dry cranberry. I thought the fried turkey might be dry, but it wasn’t. It was tender and the sauce on it was flavorful. The broccoli was fresh, and the dumplings tasted good although it was not that dumplings in my culture. You can scan the QR code to pay the bill which is so convenient.

This was our first time ever at Cracker Barrel and it was amazing! We stopped in on our recent road-trip to Yellowstone! Amber was our waitress and she was absolutely fantastic and so kind! The food and service at this location was impressive and we highly recommended it!

Staff was super nice. Gift shop is always fun and reasonably priced.

Food deliver was very fast. Cream cheese pancakes were really good. Country fried steak was decent but portions were definitely smaller than they used to be. Fries had good seasoning and were week cooked. Chicken fingers were a hit with my kids and they are chicken strip officianados. Watermelon lemonade has a ton of flavor like a jolly ranch. Generic chocolate milk was, well, generic.

Prices were reasonable for the food delivered.

Old fashion homemade style dishes. Great service! Big portions. The food is very good - in that 1950's way...meaning a lot of butter, oil and fried foods. The attached shop has so many fun and cute things from candles, hats, baby clothing, curio-knick-knacks, old fashioned candy... etc..

Friends and I went to dinner before a concert. We got a table right away, and our server, Honesty, was great, even though she was new. My friends's meals were good according to them, with generous portions. My meal was good also, although the baby carrots were almost to the point of being mushy.

Great place to go for a larger table. Easy to get a table for my really big family easily. Got in on Sunday in 15 minutes. Service was great and I was able to visit with my sister and niece and nephew without distractions. Oh and that gift shop is awesome!

so I'd never been to a cracker barrel in my 21 years of life until this year and I just have to say what a nice first impression! the general store is like a little wonderland with toys, snacks, candles, among many other goods. the actual dining area is super spacious and comfortable. the waitress who assisted us was so kind and really helped make the atmosphere what it was- wish i could shout her out. food was cooked perfectly- delicious as well as the drink i got. looking forward to coming again!

Had our Dad's100th Birthday party here and Lisa and the trainee were EXCELLENT waitresses. Cracker Barrel gave our Dad a gift basket with a Teddy bear, large coffee cup, and all sorts of candy with a great Birthday card. Also they bought Dad's dinner and free asorted muffins, along with a dessert of his choice. We can't say enough about how much this experience meant to all of us. Cracker Barrel went Above and beyond. Thank you SO VERY MUCH for making this Fathers 100th birthday so special 💗 💖 💕 💓 to all the staff 💯🙏🇺🇲❤👏👏👏🎊👊👊

My son and I stopped to eat at the Crackle Barrel in Billings, MT. The atmosphere was fun, with many different things to look at on the walls, and the gift shop in the front of the store was something that we enjoyed exploring. Once we were seated, the waitress was very pleasant and took our orders. The food was served quickly and it was very delicious!! I heartily recommend the Crackle Barrel!! The food is great and the family-friendly atmosphere was very nice.

We typically have great comfort food and get great service here, whether they're busy or slow. Tonight, our server was Nathaniel and he was just a treat! He's a real treasure and we were lucky to have him wait on us. I'd give him 10 stars if I could.

Good homestyle food, nice shopping, good company and great service! The whole family loves their food choices and we are Never disappointed with Any Cracker Barrel we've gone too and Highly recommended.

Served beside a real fire in the open hearth, with some of the best service ever. Country classics in the background. 👌❤

I haven't been to cracker barrel in ages because it's a bit out of the way to go. But man is it worth it. The staff was phenomenal and even though they were busy, they still did their job and did it well. Even watched as one sanitized a table after a customer left. Bonus points for keeping it clean during the pandemic. Now on to the food. It was filling and adequately priced. The food isn't glammored up like some other places, but it looks like home cooked food. Wish I could of gotten a bit more fries though because they were delicious. If the food isn't a good enough reason to stop by, then their gift shop is. Filled with odds and ends, from children's toys to clothing, this place had an assortment of goods that had me spending a bit more on presents for others. Overall, I say if you want a good western home-cooked meal, then this is the place to go!

Today driving on I-90 Billings MT saw a sign for my favorite place to eat, Cracker Barrell a different stop for dinner. A big warm hello and being seated right away, ordered the dinner special Meatloaf with hash brown casserole also Mac & cheese. After the meal had the butter milk pie. Was happy with the price of the meal this was cheaper than most restaurants. The other fun thing to do is the country store shopping for lots of goodies.

One of our favorite spots. Food and service is always so good. The peach tea is my favorite and the grilled chicken is fantastic.

As always, the food was delicious. The delivery was a bit slow, but then again, it was Sunday morning. The ability to pay with Google Pay (or Apple Pay) with the QR code on the bill is wonderful. Gets you out quickly.

I was hesitant because so many people say it's so amazing. I honestly thought I would be let down, but I definitely wasn't! A lot of the times when there's a ton of hype it doesn't live to expectations, but Cracker Barrel definitely does. The waitress and staff were also amazing I am honestly not exaggerating. What a great experience!

Lots of little trinkets to shop for and has an amazing amount of items to display on the walls.

The food was great, and the service stellar. We stayed for free in our RV overnight with our Harvest Host membership. Great, but they need to kick the homeless taxi driver out of there hacking and smoking all night. Tacky to say the least. Our personal protection stayed handy during our entire stay.
