I have never worked in a place with such amazing management and people. It’s been amazing working here and being around all the residents and being part of their lives and making a difference. I genuinely love Fairmont and the people here. Everyone is always so happy and cheerful and ready to help when you need it. They are always happy to help out and make sure everyone is happy.

One can never be prepared for when an elderly parent falls and breaks a hip bone. The anxiety and stress that falls on the family is enormous.. We were immeasurably blessed to have had my mom spend her rehab after surgery at Fairmont Crossing.. The love and care she received in those 10 days was unmatched.. Thank you Fairmont Crossing for carrying our load and taking great care of Cece Belch.

My wife, Linda, was a patient at Fairmont Crossing for more than 2 months. The nurses here are excellent. They gave Linda professional care and genuinely cared about her. Linda became very fond of several of them. Especially Ericka and Janet. Therapy is a separate group from the nursing group. The therapists helped to rebuild Linda's strength and provided great advice on keeping her safe after leaving the facility. The food was delicious and much better than expected. The food staff provided special meals when requested. Linda, Tim, and Tim Jr.

The Fairmont Crossing Health & Rehabilitation Center is one of the most well run establishments I have been around. They have brought me in several times to encourage and equip their staff as well as share for special occasions like Easter and Christmas so their residents get to experience something fun and different through hearing the good news of the gospel. Every time I've had the opportunity of sharing each staff member was incredibly kind, respectful, and appreciative, and each resident came with the biggest smile on their face ready to engage and interact. A word that comes to mind every time I go there is FAMILY. It is truly evident that the leadership and staff care for and love each resident as if they were their own. I'm thankful to have been invited to share at a place such as Fairmont and I look forward to going back! Well done!

I recently visited Fairmont Crossing and found it to be clean, friendly, and residents well cared for. A small group was meeting and a gentleman played songs and sang big band type songs and familiar Christmas carols. The residents were asking for their favorite songs and seemed to really enjoy the gathering. I've seen posts about special events they hold for the residents to enjoy themselves in a social setting. I would be pleased to have my parents or myself in this facility if ever needed it. The administrator seems dedicated to her job and to provide the residents there with all they need as if they were living in their own home. Very impressed!

Fairmont Crossings is an wonderful place to work! I was so glad my dad was able to be admitted there last year when he needed it. He loved the therapists and nurses. He said it was a great experience and felt like a vacation as everyone took such good care of him.

Fairmont Crossing has come such a long way. I worked here for 5 years before they were sold to Hill Valley. Fairmont was an absolute dumpster fire. The previous owners did not care about Fairmont or doing what was best for the resident's living there. After 5 years I left because I did not see things getting any better. I left for a year when I started receiving messages from current Fairmont employees that still worked there. They convinced me to come back and give Fairmont another chance. I was blown away. I have been back for over a month and I couldn't be happier. The administration in the building truly care about not only the residents but also the staff. They time the time everyday to make sure the staff know how much they are appreciated. The listen to the concerns and take action. I wish I would have come back sooner. I am so glad I made the choice to come back. Fairmont feels like home to me. If you are looking for a great place to work, or a great place for a loved one, you need to come to Fairmont Crossing!!

My mother was in this facility and even though she passed away here on 7/14/23 she had the most caring staff to look after her. I can’t say enough about how well they done. My family and I were very thankful for you all. The only downfall I could see here was the food did not look appealing at all but that’s not the staffs fault and my mother would not eat anymore.

I have been a nurse for 15 years. Never in all of my nursing career have I worked for a better facility. Everyone is so nice, caring, and fun! We're a true family here. Couldn't imagine working anywhere else!!! Management is incredible too....and that almost never happens!!!

The staff is caring and supportive. Willing to work with the resident and family so everyone is included in the care and treatment plan for the family member.

Fairmont has been my place of employment for almost 16 years now on & off. The staff, excellent care of residents, & a loving environment is what I love about being apart of this facility compared to others I have worked at. I feel as if I am apart of a family that cares for everyone who walks through Fairmont's doors versus just a place of employment. I always recommend Fairmont to anybody who is looking for somewhere for their loved ones to reside.

Fairmont Crossing is home. Staff, families, visitors and residents are all family! We all care for each and every person that comes in the doors. We have pets that come in daily and brighten the faces or residents and families alike. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, this facility should be at the top of your list. The director of Fairmont Crossing goes above and beyond to assure that the residents feel at home. She cares for every individual resident as if they were her own family. I highly recommend Fairmont under the leadership of Ms. Kocher.

Great staff beautiful nursing home every time I make a visit I'm greeted and the resident are moving around not just placed in a room like other places. the nurse's are busy and are taking care of everyone.
