McDonald's

This is the best McDonald's experience I've had in a while. Everything was clean, food was hot, prompt, and service was kind and friendly! Would definitely recommend if you're in this area. 🍔 🍟 😋

Great MaccyD’s, staff here are amazing and food was top notch also. Seems like there’s a great staff morale here also, people work in harmony and the place was clean also. I lost my receipt so can’t do the survey but just wanted to say a big shout out to the people who looked after me and my family 2/19/24, cheers.

Won't normally stop at McD's but this one was very clean and the staff appeared to have a good work ethic and atmosphere. Watching them work together while I waited for my food seemed to indicate good and healthy management.

Thank you for everything, from the moment i walked in to the moment I left McDonald's at Amherst was nothing but amazing. Place very clean , staff very friendly and food is FRESH ! Usually my issue with McDonald's always is freshness. You get freshness in this location no matter what time it is

This was a really clean McDonald's. You can tell as soon as you walk into a fast food restaurant if it's good or not. This was one of the better ones. You were able to tell by the food. It was fresh, not sitting around for an hour. Staff was great.

Outstanding service given by the staff at this location, and the food was hot and fresh! Very courteous and helpful.

I went inside to eat for the first time in a long time and I was amazed! Everyone was acting like they WANTED to be there, even the guy cleaning the floors! I heard managers giving out compliments to other staff, it was the nicest McDonald's environment I've ever seen!

As far as McDonald's go, this location is better than most. My food is hot and fresh, and usually completed per specifications. Management seems attentive and aware. Facility is well kept. For having only one drive-thru line, it moves steadily. The curbside runners are usually pleasant.

This place was very busy with a long line for the drive through. So I went in. I was greeted cheerily by Shannon who got the order right the first time. While I waited for the potatoes to be cooked I noticed all the staff keeping busy. Stocking supplies, mopping. Whoever the manager is seems to have pulled together a strong team. Both breakfast sandwiches were great. They hadn’t been sitting around getting dry. So there you go!

We do not eat at McDonald's often, but needed something to eat for a road trip, so we stopped. Food came out fast curbside and our order was not quite right. I went back in and chatted with the manager about the error. The manager was really nice and accommodating. She spoke to the employee that made the order and the employee acknowledged her mistake and put the order together correctly. I was impressed at how well everyone worked together and communicated.

Ordered online and it was correct. Friendly and clean.

Has to be one of the most well kept and crew worked well together. No one was yelling so I thought I was on the wrong restaurant. Quite nice 👌🏽

This McDonalds is always my favorite to stop at when traveling on 29. It has amazing customer service and the food is always hot. Been 10+ times and always the same great service and food.

Looked like a whole new concept. Dined inside I liked it. Food was hot and fast.

Me and my two Sons came in on Saturday December 18th at 4:00pm. The employees was on top of their A Game and was very polite and helpful. We got our food in a timely manner at which was very fresh. The Restaurant was very clean. I am almost 40 years old and this is by far the best McDonalds I have ever been to in all of my life.
Keep up the good work here !

Everytime I have been here they are beyond kind. They literally make my day with the customer service even when they are busy. I have been to many other mcd but they don’t compare. Thank you for the wonderful service
