staff was very helpful. started with Roman, his dad stepped in to get our car ready for test drive, than Hailey finished off the deal and we were off with our new to us car. all if them were very helpful and nice. I would buy another car from them in the future. good cars at a fair price.

The BEST car buying experience I have ever had. I was reluctant to buy from another “dealership” again after having a lot of problems from buying a vehicle at a big name dealership in the area, previously. I saw a vehicle I was interested in and contacted Roman about it. Told him I would come in and test drive it the next day. Went after work and Roman had it ready! We took it for a test drive, Roman told me I could take it to a mechanic to have it looked at if I wanted. I chose not to because I have known Roman for a few years and trust him. Went back to the office, Roman had all the paperwork ready, all I had to do was sign.
So quick, easy and stress-free. One little thing I love about them is they have all vehicles inspected prior to putting them on the lot. That’s one less thing I have to worry about finding time to do, an inspection.

This was the easiest and most stress free car buying experience I have ever had. So much so that I took a friend to look at cars and she had the same experience. Both cars are in great shape and the sales team were up front about every car we looked at. This will be the first place I go when I need another car and I would recommend them to everyone. Best used car lot in the Tri Cities.

Wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would! Greg and Mark were both super professional but laid back enough that it feels like you're just talking to a friend about buying a car. They did everything in their power to get me and my fiance into a car today (and they did). We love the car and how easy it was to purchase. It didn't take any longer than 45 minutes for everything (including paperwork!!) I will definitely be coming back to purchase again for many years to come! Absolutely luv Halee! She was so patient with me as I got my paperwork together! Between my schedule & their hours, I just couldn't get it together! Well, after working with me for 2 days she stayed extremely later than closing hours & made sure I drove home that night in my new car! I originally purchased my car in February, 2018. It had been my first car in almost 4 years. At first it drove like a dream. Whoever had it before me, took really good car of the inside, but neglected under the hood. Fast forward to today, May 22, 2018, the transmission failed on me in the middle of traffic. All it took was one phone call to the car lot and within a few hours, I was in a new car. They paid off the car I had originally, and with no money down, I drove off the lot in a new car. I have never seen a car lot work so hard for their customers even months after the sale. I highly recommend this carlot to any and everybody in need of a new car, without the new car price. Payments that won’t leave you working 5 jobs, and no hassle paperwork. I love these guys and how far and beyond they have gone for me. Thank you so much for being the best in Bristol!

Update: My son just drove home in his new 2009 HHR he purchased and we are ever so thankful to both Greg and Roman for everything they’ve done for both me and him. This is a great place for you to get a great car. There super sweet and always do there best to get you what you need. They will joke around make you laugh and treat you like family. There not like these other dealers that want the money and then they want nothing to do with you there great guys and are amazing at what they do.

When I went in and looked at vehicles here, I really had not planned on purchasing however, their options were unbelievable and deals were unbeatable. Their awesome they will go above and beyond to help you. They will tell you what's wrong with the vehicle they dont push you into another vehicle just to get a sale. Someone recommended 6 Euclid Auto to me when we were looking for my 16 year old a car, so I sent Gary a message telling him what we were looking for. He messaged right back with info and pictures! When we go there, they already had the two cars ready for us to test drive. Gary and Roman were both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! Good people, fair pricing. They also helped me when I had a card issue. Like any dealership look over the vehicle you want and test drive it, but for car salesman these guys are about as good as it gets.
