Their road service team of Tony & Devin saved us! Near the end of a 4000+ mile RV trip our TPMS keep telling us we were losing air on one of our tires ( inside rear dually tire) while on I-10 - even after airing it up. Once we called Tony & Devin were at where we were with our RV - (off one of the exits) within a 1/2 hr. They had it diagnosed (a leaky valve stem) and repaired in a 1/2 hr. They were very professional and made us feel comfortable getting back on the road. Great service, reasonably priced. -Thanks Tony & Devin!

If you are ever in need of Tire or any mechanic needs these guys are wonderful. We were traveling and had a blow out on our camper on the interstate. I goggled shops near me and traveled to Big Ben's. It was 4:27 on a Friday evening and they closed for 5pm. I called and they told me they could help us. As we were just getting the blown tire replaced and a new spare tire Ben gave my husband some information that was needed for us to have the best tires on our rig. Instead of just getting the 2 tires we got the 4 proper tires (14 ply all steel) and were back on the rode by 5:02pm. Thank you Ben for your help and quick work of your employees to continue our trip so quickly.

We were traveling from Webster, FL to Ozark, AL and my tire blew out at 3 pm on a Friday. We have run flat tires that no one had in stock. They went to Tallahassee to get us a tire and back on our way to my son’s Homecoming Football game. I appreciate the kindness they showed towards us.

This is a great tire shop! I rolled in off the interstate with a flat tire. They didn’t have one available for my car, but contacted a nearby tire shop, had the tire delivered and got my wife & I back on the road within an hour! Great owner/manager with an outstanding group of employees willing to help with anything needed. Highly recommend them for all your tire needs and other maintenance/repairs!

Traveling from Tampa to Austin TX, I experienced a problem with my truck. I was not familiar with the area. A mechanic recommended that I go bo Big Bend Tire for assistance with my problem. They got me an open berth immediately, started working on the truck and 3 hours later, I was on my way. It was Friday afternoon, 1pm, I was on the road, and panicked. I was so thankful for them and their service. Great staff, great job, and many thanks for getting me back on the road safely.

Upon arriving I was greeted quickly, all my questions were answered and the appropriate set of tires selected, at a price that was very fair. They took great care of me and I just pulled in without an appointment. They really were thorough with my tire rotation. Nice people and they charged me, what I feel was, a reasonable price for what they did.

Was on a trip for homeschooling and was an hour away from home when my check engine light came on and vehicle would not accelerate. The guys at Big Bend saw me immediately, replaced 3 spark plugs and had me out of there and headed to the museum in a little over an hour. Great place!

The Stevie Techs are amazing. Very nice and thorough when changing tires or patching. Always puts spare back under the vehicle I love that.

Josiah was extremely helpful when a weekend get away trip was sidelined by a fuel filter malfunction. He stopped want he was doing to get me, my dog, and my horse back on the road and we had a terrific, relaxing weekend.
