Probably the best burger in North FL. Tried the Jalapeño Popper burger and it was phenomenal! Wife had the same and she loved it as well (no spice to the jalapeños just great flavor)! Service was excellent as well. If you are in the Monticello FL area stop in and check them out!

Went out of my way during my travels to try out this (almost) 5 star burger joint and was glad I did! Ordered the BuffaloBlue, which was fabulous. My travel buddy ordered the All American combo. They were handmade and perfectly grilled, with juices galore. Just the way I like them! The fries had some sensational seasonings. I can take or leave fries, but these were so good I ate every one of them. The two young men who served us were super friendly, prompt and professional. The location was doghouse cute and clean as a whistle. Give them a try the next time you’re on your way to/from the capitol!

We found this awesome place searching for something besides fast food close to the I-10. The restaurant is in a small building that looks like part of an old motel that you'd see on Route 66 during the 60s and 70s, so like most buildings in the area, the buildings are nostalgic or historical in this little town. The food was very tasty and the pricing was good for the portions. The owner is Scott. Very friendly guy that came out and talked to us and told us a bit of history about the place. My wife and I will make this a travel stop when we come this way again in the future.

After reading the reviews, we thought we would stop and see what the buzz was about? Wow just Wow the Jalapeno Burger and Texan Burger and their homemade Fries, it was absolutely the best hands down. This is a must try for an eating experience that will have you coming back for more ✨💖

We order what we always ordered and are never dissappointed!! At this point we have tried everything on the menu and while we have our favorites, there is nothing I don't recommend!! The food is always hot and the burgers are juicy and fresh! The fries come with a dipping sauce that is so good, I save it for later on more boring sandwiches at home.

We also ordered boneless wings in the sticky-sweet and spicy flavor. They were delicious!

Manns was near my husband's work in Tallahassee and I was always jealous when he got lunch there. Now that they have moved to Monticello we eat there All THE TIME!!!

This place is a gem. The owner has been cooking excellent outside-the-box burgers for 20+ years, and he seems to have mastered his craft. I ordered the Doghouse Burger-cooked medium with bacon and an egg. Perfect. They also had some of the most delicious homemade mac and cheese I have ever had. The staff is energized and all about helping you find the perfect combinations of amazing things to put on your burgers. Also, check out the fries seasonings......

Describing a very popular eatery in town, my client spoke of this food establishment located in college town. He recommended a double cheeseburger 🍔 with bacon.

I was visiting in Monticello and craving a good burger. I found Mann's on Google, and I am so glad I did. Truly, the All American burger was about the best burger I've ever had. But those fries! The.Best.Fries. ever, hands down, the best.

I feel like I got let in on a Monticello secret! The prices at Mann's were what got us in there, but their delicious, fresh food will keep us going back! I've had two of their burgers, and my husband loves the wings. My goal is to try all the burgers, I might even go back today 😁

If i could give more stars i would. Yet to have a bad experience. The ladies and gentlemen that work there are amazing. I don't know how they do it but the burgers are an experience in itself, and they don't roll their eyes or make a snide comment about me modifying my burger. Amazing food and service!!

Absolutely fantastic burger place! Every time I visit my mom's she asks if I can bring them burgers from Mann's. I highly recommend the Shrooms and Swiss burger on the menu, it doesn't even need condiments. The staff are super duper friendly as well!

The cheeseburger was crazy good. Hand cut french fries fried crispy and lightly salted. They give you a healthy portion that you will gladly choke down. I am so full but it was so delicious I'll be eating there again tomorrow. I stopped every time I go by

My daughter and I came through this way on a road trip yesterday. Decided to stop in since the reviews were good. Now we know why. Haven’t had a burger that tasty in a while. It was made perfectly. Edges of the bun were gently toasted and the meat was not overcooked. Thank you to whoever was working yesterday. That was a treat!

Good place for lunch. The cheeseburger wrap was very good. The meat was juicy and tender. Be sure to try the special fry sauce!
