North Florida Abstract & Title

I recently purchased a house in Monticello and used North Florida Abstract for closing. Leslie was awesome. She had all the documentation ready to sign when we arrived, which made this a fast and stress free experience. I would recommend this business.

Over the last five years living in the community we have bought and sold several properties in the area. I only use Leslie/North FL Abstract as I know the work will be impeccable and the service exceptional. Another testament is that I've never had anyone balk at going through NF Abstract, every buyer/seller in the area feels the exact same!

NFAAT is absolutely amazing to work with. Recommend them for any title and abstract work needed. Office is efficient and timely with real estate closings. Staff is engaged and friendly with that sweet southern charm of a small town!
