Tandoor Fine Indian Cuisine

We drove a bit to get here and boy was it worth it! Papadom to start, garlic naan, chicken Tikka masala and chicken saag were all superb!!!

We used to eat at another Indian restaurant in Melbourne but after the lockdown they never reopened their buffet, only à la carte now. I am glad my partner brought me to Tandoor for lunch today. Their place is modest but super clean, and the athmosphere is wonderful. Their buffet selections are delicious, and good variety. Thank you!

This was my first time today and I promise to be back many times! I was very impressed. Not much staff but whoever is working was working hard and did an amazing job. The place smelled clean, looked clean and was in a clean plaza. What a great experience. We had the Chicken 65 for an appetizer which is so good they have to be cheating ;)! We also ordered the Lamb Vindaloo with Garlic Naan and I have to say that I have found my go to restaurant for Indian Cuisine. I can’t wait to come back with my family and more friends.

We tried the appetizer called Chicken 65 and the two entrees here are Aloo Gobhi and Lamb Curry. Although I got the vegetarian dish I did prefer the flavors in the lamb curry, but my dish was spot on. I will try something different next time and I know it will be delicious. They flavor their food very well and being that it was a Sunday the food came out very quickly. I am still discovering what flavors I like but this is the indian restaurant to explore that at! Will definitely come back.
Update: Definitely the Palak Paneer is my winner! Their spinach and cheese dish is incredibly flavorful.

We love the food I'm happy that they started buffet again that too with an affordable price.

It was a decent buffet of excellent value with a lot of variety, and most of the food was very nicely prepared . The restaurant is very simple, with booths and tables having comfortable seating.

The buffet is self-serve, and the waiters come around and fill the glasses with water. The food is not too spicy. They otherwise offer takeout and delivery.

I had a pleasant experience here.

We have not been here in a while we were very pleasantly surprised the food was so delicious. My husband and daughter got lentil soup and they both loved it. We got the mix tandoori grill and it was enough to feed an army! Their garlic nan was the best I have had ! We will be back for sure! Our server was awesome too!

Fantastic food! I like to go at least once a month. Med spice is good. Indian spice is deadly. I think the wife gets Indian hot so I won’t eat hers. But it’s so good I will still nibble on hers as well.

I am a very picky eater but this place is one of my favorite restaurants! Consistent excellent food and great service. The lamb chops are to die for. Highly recommend!

Unique flavors achieved by use of authentic seasoning and perfectly cooked dishes. My wife and I split the grilled meat platter and a vegetable rice dish, great combination! Both were prepared perfectly, meat was marinated, grilled and very moist. White and dark meat chicken, small lamb chops and shrimp covered in grilled onions. Rice seasoned and tasty with chunks of carrots, cauliflower …. I could identify several spices, cardamon, fennel of course curry…We ordered our dish “mild”, it had plenty of seasoning but not too spicy hot. On a previous visit we ordered medium and it lit us up, I like hot wings but their medium made me sweat. We also each had a glass of wine with our meal that helped tame the heat.
The restaurant is clean but not really “formal”. They have a lot of take out business so that somewhat has an effect on the atmosphere, people coming and going while you dine. I feel the food could be severed in a high end restaurant but the setting is not. Look around and it could be remolded, repaired and updated. The prices are very fair, the two dishes cost just over $30 and we had to go boxes for 2 more meals at home.

I wish I had found this place earlier. I find myself here at least once a week and always bring friends and family here when they are in town. I have never heard a complaint about the food and everyone is always excited to come back. I have yet to find someone here that did not taste good and would highly recommend to anyone in the mood for Indian food!

Nothing short of phenomenal.

Went in with the party of Three for an early dinner. Decided to introduce some friends to Indian cuisine.

Outside looks very unassuming, but upon entering the restaurant looks like many four and five star restaurants that I visited. The staff is equally as attentive! (Huge marks there)

The appetizers were fantastic, we got the mixed pakora. Which normally I don't like anything vegetarian, but quickly found myself munching through the veggie option. The taste was marvelous I can't even put my finger on what it compares to.

Right after the appetizers came so did my chai tea, which please someone give me the recipe to that! I need to have that at my house haha.

For the main course we ordered butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and vegetarian biryani.
The butter chicken was so rich with flavor, I've had butter chicken from all around the country now and this has been the best by far.
The tikka masala was equally as good, had just the right amount of spice to it. Wasn't too overwhelming, but was not a pushover.
The biryani, well that was one dish my friend had troubles finishing due to how spicy it was, not to mention it clearing all of our sinuses lol.

All in all I have to say that was one of the best dining experiences I've had in the last 5 years. In that time I visited thousands of restaurants around the country. The fact that this one has been sitting in my backyard this entire time, and that I did not know about it makes me sad, but equally excited. This makes me happy because I will always have this option whenever I come home! I look forward to eating there again, I'm trying to get that chai tea recipe off your hands lol.

We’ve been here previously for the lunch specials. We decided to have Indian food for lunch and the specials were a good price and large quantities, when we got there we were told they do a buffet now. We were open to it and it was delicious! We were excited to try new things and not have to order it with the fear of not liking it. I have a new favorite chicken saag! It is definitely worth the time and investment to go here to eat, do yourself a favor and enjoy😀

Our go to for Indian take out. I would highly recommend aloo baigan, butter chicken, mushroom masala and lamb vindaloo!! We've switched up our items to try new things, but always get the lamb vindaloo. We order medium heat for all dishes. And don't forget to order some naan🤤. Portions are huge. Not sure who was cooking last night, but it was the best order we've had so far, perfect heat and the flavors were distinct.

As authentic as it gets. Fantastic food. Will be back.
Update: been back multiple times, this is the best Indian food joint in Brevard, I am certain. Amazing food!

As an Indian American I'm very familiar with this cuisine. The quality as well as quantity of food here are superb. I challenged them to make "Rogan Josh", a lamb dish, I grew up with in Kashmir & I was impressed. I'll be a return (snowbird) customer.

Delicious Indian Food!!

You won’t find Indian Food more well prepared and tasty anywhere else.. if you’ve never tried it don’t be scared.. they will help you order, basic curry/chicken/rice dishes with nan bread are common simple food’s you’ll love..

Recommend Chicken Tiki Masala or Matter Paner spicy 3 or less for beginners.

This was the first time I tried this place, and the food was very good. Had Chicken Tikka Masala and Lamb Khorma. If you ask for spicy, they will make it happen, but even at their regular flavor profile, it's still very good.

We've eaten in the restaurant and get takeout as well. Have kept to the main dishes (butter chicken, tika marsala, etc) but the flavor and quality is always great. I don't have any place local that I'd compare it to but I feel Tandoor is a solid choice if you're looking for a good meal.

We love this place. I can't speak to the authenticity of the food. However, I can tell you that this consistently is the best food we've eaten in a local restaurant. We keep going back for the quality of the food, the exceptional customer service, and for the atmosphere. It may not look like much but the food is out of this world. Highly recommend this place. You are missing out if you don't go and try it.
