AT&T Store

Brad, representative/sales, is always courteous, attentive to our needs and respectful. He. during many visit, is always ready, willing and able to resolve issues. These attributes are appreciated and I am sure reflect the organizations overall attitude and goal to support the customer. During our most recent visit the AT&T customer care team exhibited “A Game” qualities. Well done and thank you.

By far the best AT&T store in the area! I’ve been to three others and they managed to create more problems on my account. The staff here were kind and friendly from the jump. Specifically Brad, he was above and beyond helpful. Not only did he identify and fix the issue with my equipment, he did the same for my account. As things were messed up by another local store. Highly recommend choosing this store. It’ll be the only one in the area that I return too.

I made the mistake of switching from AT&T to Spectrum, but in less than month I was so unhappy with Spectrum that I went to this AT&T store for information on coming back. Stu was very helpful and showed me AT&T Direct TV w/ Gemini Air remote. With Stu's help, we switched back to AT&T and it was installed the same day!!! Highly recommend the service and friendliness of Stu!!!

Marissa and Brad are awesome. They help me get a new phone and they even stayed open later for me to finish the cell even though I was here past 7 o’clock. I recommend the store please come and see them they are the best.

We were greeted so kindly by Trenton whom opened the door for us. He was so friendly and jumped right in to help us. Brandon was also so helpful trying to fix my iPhone issue. I wasn’t there to purchase, only needed help and I certainly got that from the excellent service of them both. I’m so grateful for their help and kindness.

This was the best experience I have ever had at AT&T. Everyone went above and beyond and helped with every detail. I can’t say enough about Holland and Marisa - WOW. they answered all questions and left with every detail exactly what I needed.

Kudos to Malcolm, Shu and Brad!! This is the best by far of customer service I’ve ever received! Each one of them works as a team. The store manager Malcolm can multi task like crazy!! If you want great personal service you have to see the trio at this store! It’s a hidden gem. Thanks ATT you did an amazing job with these gentleman!

Love them! The store manager Malcolm , Bradley, and Josh, are the best ever! Transferred to ATT fiber and they set it up , came to my house and set up all TVs and and I would highly recommend them to everyone! Great service and thanks to everyone 😎

My experience with the new ATT store by Fresh Market on Wickham Rd was exceptional. Shu and Brad were just great. My husband & I were at wits end with trying to install our DirectTV service from UVerse. Dealing with the corporate office was frustrating and we were told installation would be a breeze. For us, not so. We discovered the new Att store by Fresh Market and stopped by on a Sunday afternoon with our “issues and problem”. They were terrific and patient with listening to us, and letting us know exactly what to do. When we left they told us to be sure and let them know how everything worked out and to come back if we had any other issues. There is no substitution for in person customer service and if it wasn’t for Brad and Shu, we probably have cancelled our service.

Spent 2 hours on the phone with AT&T phone support without a resolution and the awesome staff in this store fixed the issue in about ten minutes!

Marisa is very good at what she does for the store she definitely knows her stuff
