During the process of buying our crescent lake house, our current homeowner's insurance carrier decline to issue a policy, but somehow our agent recommended Great Florida Insurance.; sure enough through the diligent work of Ms Nan & Ms Lauren, we got insurance coverage from Citizens Insurance. But before the current insurance coverage ends in 4 months, we received a "Non Renewal" letter from CI!! dang it... so when i called today and info'd GFI, Ms Nan , again took action and now actively searching for another home insurance company. Bottom line, great customer service!

There is a woman named Debbie who has helped us SOOOOO much during our house buying process. Even now, a whole year later and she found us a better rate for our flood insurance. This company is great, and give that girl a RAISE because she is the best. She has been thorough, immediate correspondence (will even get back to me on the weekends), personable and fun to be working with. Today I had an an issue with Canceling my Auto Insurance Policy. When I called Progressive, I had the privilege of being connected with Nandita Persaud. I am a retired Veteran, 75 years old and to be honest I have reached a stage in my life where I not only lack patience but have zero tolerance as well! That being said I was fortunate to speak to someone like Nandita who not only had the patience of a Saint but was also extremely professional! My wife could tell You I am not easy to deal with when I am wired! Anyway Nandita listened to my problem and promised she would do her best to resolve the issue if I just calmed downed!

Karen Hernandez has shown, in multiple situations over the last few years, how great an agent she is.
