I ordered an outfit online for my son’s 1st birthday photos and because the store runs very large, it did not even come close to fitting him. I ordered a few more sizes to try on him before sending it back since we really liked the outfit and wanted to find a size that worked for him. None of them came close to fitting- even the 0-3 month size was absolutely huge on him, but we kept it anyway and sent back the other larger sizes completely unused, unworn (besides for the quick try on) and all original tags still attached. The owner refused to refund my card and sent me a message saying the items were clearly worn and I should be mindful not to send back used clothing if I wanted my money back!

1) First of all, the clothes were sent back in the exact condition I received them in.

2) Second of all, I followed the exact return conditions listed on the website- all original tags attached and unworn, unused, etc.

Definitely be cautious when ordering online here. Especially if you don’t know your child’s size and may possibly need to return something. The owner is clearly trying to make it look like she has an easy return policy but in actuality everything is final sale. I will be disputing the charges with my credit card company and overall am very disappointed and unhappy with the entire experience of this shop.

This lady, the store owner tells me this brand is from France. I said my husband is a German. Then before I stepped out she looked what I wear.
