I went to Office Depot to get some color copies made. Know that I am a teacher and an amazing service person named Evie took good care of me. It is nice to know that Office Depot appreciates teachers. I feel supported and they have my business thanks to Evie

It's been a while since I'd visited this store b/c I'd grown to not be fond of it. However, it's changed. My last three visits have been stellar, primarily b/c someone has been available to assist me. Special kudos to Alex in the copy center — he is fantastic. He greeted each person in line to let them know he sees them and will be with them shortly. He was an active listener to what I needed and produced the request quickly and correctly.

I would like to take the time to show my gratitude and appreciation for one of my local Office Depot employees (Latasha) thank you so much for being a shining star you are one of a kind I appreciate you for taking the time to assist me with my needs with great customer service and always caring for the needs of the customer you are exceptional Thank you Thank you 😊 🫶

Jay the manger took out the time, no matter what he was doing to fax my paperwork to the insurance person

I have utilized the Copy Center at Office Depot for years. The copiers make it very easy to copy, fax, scan and email documents. The staff is readily available to address issues, answer questions and assist customers with their copiers.

I had a great experience with employee KJ at this location he was very polite and helpful to my needs..he was busy and the only one working in printing /copy but didn't let that get to him he did his job very well..I just wanted office depot to know how lucky they are to have him on there staff..i will definitely be back to this location for future needs!Great Job KJ!

The Office Depot located in the shopping Center on the corner of Michigan and Orange Avenue provides great customer service!

The manager here is kind and accommodating. So refreshing for a stressed out Mom trying to get school supplies. The store is clean and we will be repeat customers based on the excellent customer service my daughter and I received.

I want to share my awesome experience with an employee. I placed an order late night hoping to pick it up in the morning. My notice said it would be ready by 4pm the following day. I called early morning at around 8:15am and spoke to Jay at the Printing service department. I said, I know it says 4pm but I was wondering if you could please print my flyers earlier. He said I can do it in 30 minutes. I said I arrive in 19 minutes and this is for a presentation at 9am at which I was handing out those flyers. I communicated that and he said he would have them ready for me then. This is the first time I use this service but I am thankful and grateful to Jay the young man who assisted me and didn’t say no. He was the “yes man!” I called. Customer service at its best. Thank you!

The associate at the Print Section was multi-tasking and completing customer orders very quickly and professionally as we were all waiting. All the customers seemed to be extremely happy with the service. Great customer experience!

Alex has helped me on many visits! He takes his time and explains things to me always with a smile and patience. I am a little technically challenged so I really appreciate his service!
