Thrive Power Yoga Palm Beach

I heard about Thrive through a friend and have had nothing but the best experience. All the instructors and staff are so welcoming and kind as well as the members. The facility is super clean and very well maintained. They offer a great variety of classes ranging on levels of difficulty and styles. All the instructors are always willingly to help and answer any questions you have. Thrive is great for yogis who are beginners as well as advanced!

I recently had a full body massage at Thrive Power Yoga with Polly. I’m usually not one to write a review but it was one of the best massages I’ve had in a long time, so just wanted to share and recommend. Her pressure was perfect and she asked just to be sure. She asked about my needs and followed up on that and recommendations for on my own. (IE:rolling) I was very comfortable. It was a clean, clear space. They also do cold plunge and sauna. Really great studio and great owner and staff 🙌💕

I am so happy and thankful I found this studio once I moved to Florida - the facilities are beautiful and have an amazing energy. The teachers are outstanding, they are so kind and I leave every class feeling stronger and with so much peace. They all play awesome music and have creative flows, I prefer their more challenging classes but they offer classes for any level you are at in your practice! Love Thrive and the space they created here in FL! It has been so cool to see their expansion of the studio and classes, and other wellness services!

I took my first class at Thrive Power Yoga and loved it! Jill Romano expertly led the group through a curated selection of movements with options to advance throughout, a perfect balance for all levels to enjoy. Jill's instruction was exceptional, seemingly effortless but intention-driven and thoughtful—such good energy ✨ I don't regularly practice yoga but Thrive was welcoming and fun, and I plan to return!

I was in town visiting and had the pleasure of experiencing 4 amazing teachers at Thrive! I loved, each style, loved the heat, I don’t want to leave!

I moved from Brooklyn a few years ago and was totally spoiled/ruined by Modo Yoga in both the West Village and Williamsburg. I could not find the right studio around here with everything I needed: a hot yoga practice that was without ego, and that had infrared heat, seriously talented instructors, a nice community, and great music. Thrive is it for me. The teachers are wonderful. The classes flow in the most magical way, and are punctuated by beautiful sound tracks. They also host incredible sound baths (another thing I've been sorely missing since leaving Brooklyn). I basically live there now and cannot recommend this studio highly enough. Very grateful.

Great facilities and friendly staff. Hot yoga is awesome - never overcrowded. Really cute boutique for fun purchases. I love coming here for yoga followed by sauna and a quick plunge.

I love being a part of Thrive Power Yoga. The instructors are amazing and the classes are scheduled so that no matter how busy you are, you can always find a class that works for you.

Such a beautiful place with beautiful people. Amazing teachers with all different ways of teaching to Yoga. I have learned so much and I am so excited to learn more from Thrive. Can’t get enough of the teachers, students and just the community as a whole.

This is an amazing studio! I am falling back in love with yoga again after taking a very long break thanks to the wonderful instructors and studio. I am so excited to have found a new home here!

This is my favorite yoga spot in town. The instructors are amazing and the studio has a very calming energy and aesthetic. There are a wide range of classes for all levels of yoga and they’ve even added a second studio and area for cold plunge and sauna - I can’t wait to give that space a try!

Absolutely love this yoga studio! I have their membership and take heated classes, power yoga.
The instructors are super awesome, some of the best I have ever worked with. The classes are challenging and creative, great instructions, every instructor is unique and has its own features. Their guidance and music are great.
The classes are usually full but there is plenty of room.
Definitely recommend!

Thrive is simply the best….large studio so you never feel cramped, big variety of types of classes all day long and evening…great experienced instructors and easy peazy parking right outside the door. They even supply towels for the showers, definitely a huge plus…

Thrive Yoga is great! I’ve completed 15 classes, including Hot Vinyasa. I am a beginner, and I’m taking their Fundamentals classes. The instructors are excellent and extremely patient. The studios are modern and spacious. The staff is super welcoming. I highly recommend this yoga experience.

This is a great studio with very knowledgeable instructors. As a teacher with over 25 yrs of experience doing yoga, it's hard for me to find a class that I find challenging. I always get a great workout and learn from the new flows. The studio space is clean and spacious and the locker room is perfect and feels almost luxe. Love it!

Best yoga studio around, honestly! I was greeted by enthusiastic, kind staff members. I mentioned I hadn't practiced in awhile and they were very encouraging and eased any concerns right away. The class itself was exceptional! The instructor kept things moving at a good pace, but in a way that was easy to follow and keep up. Modifications was frequently offered and encouraged. And the cool cloth at the end...oh my, the best!

Have really enjoyed getting to know the staff and different teachers at Thrive. I went from someone who dabbled in yoga 1-2 times a month, to dedicated to getting to the studio at least twice per week. I love the classes- they each have their own vibe from music to flow. As a beginner I feel challenged, but also supported as I grow and learn with each new class. The studio is clean, has great amenities, and I love spending time here each week.

Great yoga studio!!! …I have been practicing at Thrive for almost half a year yet, tried a lot of different teachers and have to say it is a great and very professional studio for heated power yoga. It’s been actually the first time for me to try hot yoga - and it has been a challenge, especially because I found most of the classes very advanced, but the teachers give a lot of options. I am a huge fan!
Thrive has a great schedule, very knowledgeable and experienced teachers and the studio itself has a great vibe and is very clean. Highly recommend Thrive power yoga in Palm Beach Gardens!
