To whom this may concern I really want to show my appreciation to mrs kamesha yates for being very patient and kind to my grandfather while experiencing some serious medical conditions during his visit today. Going out of her way to contact family and being very concerned. Again thanks to Perfect Smiles and all their staff.

Love it.

They set my son's appointment for 1:30pm and then stayed out to lunch until 1:30pm. They didn't come back and open the door until then and didn't see my son until almost 2pm. We were there at 1pm. Don't make appointment then be at lunch until the appointment time.

They got me in right away, but lied about how much pain I would be in after having bone put in after an extraction and would only give me 600 ibuprofen, and they knew I could not take that due to a daily medicine I was on. And they never called to check on me like they said they would.

Went there on 02 Jan 24 for cleaning. They told me they needed approval from my insurance company before they could do any work. They said they would get back to me when they got approval. Today is 06 Feb 24. I called twice before today to follow up with them and I was told they are still waiting for an answer. Today I called and the lady said we have not got an approval yet. She said it normally takes about two weeks for approvals to come back. I told her it has been over a month already. I asked do I need to call the insurance company for you? The lady said she would call. So after talking to them and getting the vibe that they really dont give a Sh*7 either way I called my insurance company to find out that nothing as even been submitted to them for approval. I called the Not So Perfect Smile back and told them what I found out and the lady just said ok. I told her I would not do business there anymore and all she said was ok. I wont speak for the owner but some of their employees are there just to get a check and do the bare minimum and this attitude is evident by their lack of action or concern. Save yourself from having your time wasted by a nonchalant attitude and take your business somewhere else. Have a nice day.

Honestly, I had the worst experience at this dentist. The waiting time was so long. I got some fillings done and during the process, I told Dr. Michael that I needed some more numbing medication because my mouth was hurting so bad during the process, and he just said that I was given enough, but it wasn't enough. I got terrible care and had a horrible experience! I do not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor patient care there is. He did a terrible job on my teeth fillings. Even another dentist I went to see a year later told me his work looked awful and had to get rework done. Do not recommend!

It was a terrible care and a horrible experience for my mother, yesterday I had an appointment at 1:30 pm and the doctor checked her and left, left all the utensils to take out a tooth and it was 4:00 pm and the doctor did not show up because he went to attend to other patients who arrived after her, the doctor could be heard in the distance talking with other patients and that bothered I do not recommend this place to anyone because of the poor patient care there is, the workers do not show empathy and that was one of the worst days of my life. This clinic should be closed.

Dr marabel drilled 2 teeth and went to deep and and exposed a nerve I've called and messages his office trying to get in and they put me off. I can't eat or sleep but this guy couldn't care any less.
From my experience I personally wouldn't suggest perfect smile and Dr Michael marabel to ANYONE just my opinion from my experience

This dentist gave me an appointment to get my teeth pulled he kept asking me if I’m sure I wanna pull them bc I need a root canal and I told him I can’t afford a root canal let alone two root canals and my insurance won’t cover it so he sets the appointment for him to pull my teeth the appointment comes and I was there for an hour when he finally came and talked to me kept asking if I was sure I wanted to get them pulled and I told him yes 5 minutes later he sends a nurse to tell me that he doesn’t feel comfortable pulling my teeth and that they will refer me to someone else mind u I was in so much pain I mean the pain was so unbearable so for them to waste my time like that and im still in pain is very unprofessional I do not recommend this dentist at ALL because all they want is money

Thanks to Dr marabel srewing my teeth up. I'm at another dentist thanow has to pull all my top teeth.
Going to file a .malpractice suit on them

I Literally Been Here Since 2:30p.m it is now 4:47p.m and I still haven't had any work done to my teeth!!

Horrible wait time no one in waiting room brought a friend to get fitted for 3 rd time waiting over 2 hours still not right
