Having worked with several Real Estate Brokers in Miami, I can honestly say that working with Vilmary was a very positive experience. The most important expectation I have for a broker to a client is communication. I have worked with other brokers in the past that will respond late a day or two later, and sometimes do not respond at all. Vilmary is also very professional, and follows up quickly with forms, documents, and communications with other brokers, owners, landlords etc... She worked the deal where I got everything done in a few days to secure the condo I wanted.
