In turn, he listed and sold my townhome in record time and when special financing was required by the buyers, navigated them through a federal loan program in order to bring the sale to a close quickly and seamlessly. He listened and found the perfect couple to purchase the townhome that I loved and hated to leave as it was my first home in Daytona. His team was amazing, personable and very professional. All I had to do was move out and move in. Chris utilized the most up to date advertising methods, produces beautiful virtual online home tours containing professionally photographed scenes.
