We had a wonderful experience in this location. We had been searching for Loungefly Backpacks for our Disney Trip and had jus not seen any we wanted. Well this store had a GREAT selection. But the team member that helped us was what made our visit incredible. I do not remember her name bc I threw my receipt away...but is was Wed Dec 13th midday if her boss sees this lol. She searched the back for more product to make sure we saw everything, she listened to us talk about our trip and our service dogs with their mickey ears for the trip. She was absolutely wonderful .

Ashlee from store 4585 was extremely helpful in a return I made a couple weeks ago on September 17th. She spent so much time patiently finding out a way to help me while managing a packed store at the same time. Thank you so much for your patience!!

This place is awesome, it has all kinds of cool memorabilia from marvel, DC to all kinds of anime.

I love this store. As a huge Disney fan I can find great items and the selection is different each time. I love that a portion of each sale goes to a great charity organization.

Sorry about the blurry photo didn't mean for that to happen but box-lunch is a really cool place to look in they have a lot of cool trendy little things Harry Potter stuff they had some all real monsters Palmetto place to shop the staff was really nice the vibe inside is nice and chill they even had an old school metal lunch box.

Shout out to Jennifer and Morgan. I was there today and purchased hundreds of items worth. They were so kind and accommodating and extremely patient applying my military discounts and box lunch money. Those girls made my day. Thank you Morgan and Jennifer for great customer service.

Hard to move around with wheelchair but nice variety.

Around Christmas time there was some confusion with my online orders. Jay did a really good job helping me get refunds and was very friendly even though it took a while to figure out. Thanks for being patient. I’ll be sure to visit again soon!

I absolutely love this store. You can find anything that you love in here. Wide range of interests. Really fun stuff, I've found it to be one of my Go To stores for cool shirts and gifts for friends.

Their store is so cute. Lots of great things. All different characters and items. They're a little pricey though so I don't think I can buy too much without saving up for something that I really want.

This is one of my favorite stores and not just Boxlunch itself but this specific one in Altamonte. The employees are always happy and helpful, the managers are very friendly and caring, the store always looks organized, clean and amazing. I visit there once a week and I am always received with a warm greeting, I shop and when I leave they always acknowledge me, and so I always leave the store with a smile. I recommend this store very much for everyone.

This is a great store to get your favorite movie character or TV show shirt. Great staff and just overall good experience.

Love that atmosphere. Prices were kinda high but they have a unique assortment of items.

They have a great selection of items with a great variety of franchises that you can pick and choose from, their prices are good too, they also have snacks and a staff that knows what their selling and will help you find anything you're looking for as well as being able to talk about these franchises.

Love just walking around this store and checking out all the fun merchandise!!! This is our go to store for new collectables and apparel for our favorite characters!!

I LOVE BoxLunch! They have a great selection of products, plenty of sizes in store and the store is neat and organized. Stroller navigation is easy in a tandem then side by side double.
The clerks are helpful and friendly.

Madly in love with this store ... So many pop culture and vintage pop culture references. One of my first stops when I am at the mall... My entire Christmas list is at this store.
