Apple Altamonte

Decided to get new phones for the holidays as a gift for each other. Went to this location as it is closer to home, went right after Christmas and the store was full which we thought we were going to wait a long time but no we waited about 5 minutes. Someone came up to us right away took our information and told us to wait until an associate came to us.

Daryleen was amazing, she helped us get our new phones right away. She was quick and helpful. We were done with her before we knew it. She was able to put on the screen protector on each of our phones. We got an iPhone 15 pro and iPhone 15 pro max! She was the best. :) thank you !

I went in to the Apple Store in the Altamonte Mall and was sadly told that my iPad was dead, like never Turing back on dead! I knew this meant that I needed a new one. While on this new journey I had amazing service from 3 separate workers and all of these fantastic people made me feel understood and wanted to help me find the best fit for my replacement iPad! Absolutely positive experience during a frustrating day and I felt like I had support the entire experience!

My high rating is due to the excellent service that I received from Lamar, the sales associate at that store. I did not know I had to make an appointment in order to get tech-support. He willingly listened to my concern with regards to my computer, and went with my inability to return at another appointment time and was kind enough to assist me while multitasking and assisting other clients. Because of his great customer service, I would definitely return to that store for any purchase needs. Thank you.

Great experience. Nico was awesome. Very friendly, great personality. He was very helpful, explained everything. We were also getting help from Angel, also really great guy. Just a really great experience, just really great staff all around. I would highly recommend.

Came to upgrade to a newer iPhone and it was a great experience. Staff was efficient and friendly. Only thing I was disappointed in was the amount they gave for my trade in was $110 less than what shows online they will give you and my phone was spotless. Don’t plan the whole trade in you see online in the budget. 5 stars as the staff can’t control that, it’s an automated system. Due to the influx in shoppers there is a line outside so be prepared to wait certain times of days but we only waited about 5 min or so.

I had a damaged phone that was beyond repair. After going to the carrier and confirming I had insurance, I walked into the Apple Store as I could not access my apple information.

Within minutes, a gentleman named Ben approached us. He was kind and was quickly on the case in trying to find a solution. How could we get into the apple account as well as recover any data.

After another quick carrier trip, we were assisted by Jordan and Brian.

They were patient as we sat down and waited to have access.

They set up a Genius Bar appointment and we’re so patient without making us feel rushed despite us coming in about an hour before closing.

In any case, Megan also assisted us with setting up the new phone and all I can say is I am so grateful to the apple team.

Thank you for your warmth through our chaotic day, for your patience, and above all else for your kindness.

Will definitely only be coming here moving forward!

Did you know your local Apple Store offers free classes??? Yep. Photo, Video, Music, Coding, Apps. There’s a class for that and more. No charge.
We took our first class yesterday and learned so many things we didn’t know about iPhone photography. If you’re investing $1000+ on a phone shouldn’t you know all the features and shortcuts that it’s got?! There is so much more that our phones are capable of if we take the time to learn. Michael led our class and Our minds were blown. I’ve been an iPhone user since 2008 and didn’t know some of the features that had been available for years, lol.
Love that they offer free classes for the items we’re already buying. Kudos to the friendly and helpful staff at the Altamonte Springs location!

Not a big store, with a lot of accessories, but a great team. We had an appointment and we were helped by David. He was very kind and helped us with our problem. I’ve been there twice and wasn’t so crowded as Florida Mall.

I was so impressed…it was a full house but I was in and out in less than 5min! Pre ordering is the key 🔑 !!!!! It was as if they were waiting on me lol! Great work Apple 👏🏾 👏🏾

Talk about the A TEAM! Even with Apple being slammed inside, never is there Delay in customer service. I find it very impressive that the whole store seems to be working together to meet all customers needs.

I was quickly able to get in and out during lunch hour while picking up order I had placed online. They also have a kid section for kids to be able to interact with the Apple devices.

Apple does host classes for those who are not Apple sappy, I typically stand around listening to all the cool tricks the Apple technicians are teaching new Apple users.

Definitely a must see and switch to Apple!

The reps here are constantly on a look to serve. The wait time is a bit but the products available are entertaining and a great distraction while you wait.

Sam was a huge help when we were having trouble with our iPad. The store was very busy, and we couldn't even understand half the questions he was asking us, but he never treated us like the idiots we were and kept at it until we were taken care of. Thanks so much!

My son had battery issues with his laptop and came in for a consult. We didn’t have an appointment but only waited about 15-20 minutes despite it being a higher-volume day. The associate who helped him was super friendly, attentive and gave him all of his options of repair versus new purchase. He was able to do a trade in and utilize the student discount. The process much quicker than I expected. I’d definitely go back to this store for help in the future. It’s the main one that I have used over the years and their high quality of service has been significantly consistent over the years.
